Perfect place to stay

We wanted a budget option for our week in Denver. This place exceeded our expectations by alot. Very helpful owners with great communications for anything you need. You will be staying in their basement area with your own private entrance. They have all of the accommodations listed on the website. This includes a kitchen with all the tools and spices you need to cook, a bathroom with a shower and a seperate bedroom with a comfortable bed. You can hear the owners upstairs, but not any worse than you would hear your normal apartment neighbors. If anything, it made us feel safer knowing that we were not alone on the property. The owners stayed out of our way at all times and it really felt like they were trying to accommodate for us having our own private property for our vacation. If it is available again when we come next year, we will happily book again.

This VRBO was a great place to stay for the price. It was nice to have a separate entrance and access to facilities i.e. a kitchen, washer dryer etc. Also having access to the backyard and being able to smoke really improved our trip experience! I do want to note, while the bedding itself was clean, my partner and I were stripping the sheets to be helpful and the pillows were really disgusting and desperately need cleaning. Overall I would stay here again as the price is pretty unbeatable given the amount floor space and amenities available!

Cute place, great location

The apartment was bigger than I expected, just about the right size for us. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. We were within walking distance or at least a short drive to groceries, restaurants, shopping.

Good home base for us and puppy.

All went as planned. We were very comfortable my only concern was dragging our roll-a-boards across the lawn. A paved walkway would be appreciated in the future.

Will stay agian!

Stayed for 9 nights. Liked that it had washer & dryer.Great communication felt like home.Couple issues kitchen wasn’t properly cleaned when arrived, we only had two towels and one set of sheet for 9 days which we had to buy our own extra things.You can hear walking/moving furniture at late hours of night but besides that everything was great! I will stay again.

Great Spot, Great Value

Nice, quiet neighborhood with easy street parking. 10-15 minutes from Red Rock, grocer right around the corner. Private entrance to rental. Host lives upstairs (think apt living--you might hear them 2-3x a day for just a few minutes when the dog gets excited--not bad at all, slept fine with small fan). Hosts were professional and helpful. They provided laundry pods and dishwasher tablets. Would stay here again! (2 adults)

I did not have a good stay because of a lot of little things. There was a party next door on our first night, and our hosts hosted a gathering our second night, both times causing us to have to park a ways down the road, which isn’t particularly enjoyable. The family room has a low ceiling, probably around 6’4”-6’5”, and the bathroom has a low-hanging light fixture, probably around 6’3” off the ground, which made me have to keep my head ducked while in the bathroom and family room (I’m 6’7”) and gave me a sore neck. I did hit my head on the family room ceiling once and baghroom light fixture 4 times over the course of our stay. The 3rd day, I walked into the room and I sprained my ankle because I forgot about the step down from the door into the room. The kitchen window and bathroom window both had spider webs with lots of dead flies and bugs, which maybe is only noticeable because of my height, but it kinda grossed me out. There is a lot of noise when the hosts move around upstairs, but it doesn’t bother me that much, and the white noise machines provided helped drown it out, although it did make it difficult for my toddler to take a nap. Also as a heads up to everyone, the amenities listed aren’t guaranteed to be accurate. The toddler bed and high chair are not present. The stairs going down to the room are in the back of the property, and when it rained, we had to walk through mud, but our hosts put a mat down, which was very thoughtful.

Owner is prompt at replying. They let us check in a little early. Place was pretty clean. We had to buy TP but that wasn’t a big deal - just a heads up that you might wanna bring some. Kitchen had everything we needed. I saw a couple other reviews that mentioned noise upstairs but we had no issues w/ that. We would rent from them again & would stay at this place. Thank you!

Alright.

It was an overall good stay. No problem with the property manager. Nice clean place to stay. Only complain You can just hear everything from upstairs, they would be up earl's sound like they were moving furniture or something, we couldn’t sleep in. Wouldn’t stay again. (:

Decent but…

Came to town for 5 days for my sister’s wedding. My 5 year old daughter and my husband all stayed at the Vrbo. Property was nice and clean and in a safe neighborhood. However there were a few downsides: 1. the property owner let us know the day before we arrived that the washing machine was out of order; 2. you can hear everything upstairs. They provided a white noise machine, but it was not quite enough to cancel out the sound upstairs. Had to call the property owner at 10:30pm due to loud banging noises one night. She let us know that they were building furniture. I appreciated that she answered the phone, but also felt it was inconsiderate to be building furniture at night knowing their are guests below you. Also, it is definitely a 4/20 friendly home. We aren’t against it, but the smell downstairs was strong. It is still a nice place to stay, but don’t think we will stay again.
