"The room was very clean as was the property. Staff was friendly, especially the breakfast crew ladies. We have previously stayed at Avid properties so we knew what they were like. On this trip there were two small issues, (1) there were guests in the lobby until after midnight they were loud and at times yelled. Being on the 1st floor we could hear them. (2) the toilet in our room when flushed the tank would not refill. I did inform the staff about the toilet issue when we checked out."

"Motel was very good but the place next door was short staffed so we had to wait 30 minutes to order our dinner besides that all was fine."
