Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service
The room was very poor. Clean but stained sheets. Air conditioner leaked all over the floor, in front of bathroom so walked in it. English very low standard, hard to communicate.
Room was left open when we first checked in. Light didn't work, toilet is constantly running water which was noisy, bed and pillows had stains, sink/shower not in great condition. Was just staying for the night so we sucked it up, but for long term stay it would not be worth it.
No information other than room number, when we checked in.
The description said “garden view”, but this was not the case - actually no view, just a window to the hallway with fence. The floor was not clean and the room needed a proper deep clean (e.g. the light switches were very dirty). Both the aircondition and fridge were very noisy. The room was very dark and had some unpleasant spot light as “night lamp”.
No where to put clothes. Hard to lock the door with key. Pool didn’t seem clean. Very trafficked road x 2 to cross when going to the sea.
Only good thing is that it was cheep and walking distance to the Harbour - however, would still not recommend.

The management and staff were friendly and helpful .
There is a room for improvement with the cleanliness and maintenance of the facilities .
1. The pool looks muggy & dirty and not inviting to swim at all . You can hardly see the bottom of the pool .
2. The rooms were not properly cleaned even if we requested daily service . Upon check in we still found quiet a few disposable cutlery items from previous guests that is not supposed to be there . We requested for daily cleans in all 3 rooms we have booked over 9 nights expecting linen changes every 2 nights as per normal hotel procedures , however this never happened . The housekeepers will only change the bath towels and wouldn’t even do a touch up clean in if the bathrooms which could use a deep clean & good scrub with bleach .
3. The bed linens & bath linens were horrible and needs urgent replacement . The towels were as thin as paper . The blankets were torn at the bottom but you wouldn’t notice them as they were tucked in . The sheets were grayish and didn’t smell good .
4. The public toilets near restaurant gets dirty quickly often smells whenever we pass by heading to our rooms . We didn’t see anyone regularly cleaning them . This is something that needs to be looked into as this is a public space .
Schimmelige Kopfkissen und Bäder. Fleckige Bettlaken. Überall Haare, Staub, Dreck. Kein wirklich warmes Wasser unter der Dusche. Und gegen 9 Uhr wird man geweckt, weil die Zimmer gereinigt werden sollen!
Die Mitarbeiter schienen maximal desinteressiert. Wir haben direkt nach der ersten Nacht ausgecheckt und eine Kostenerstattung eingefordert.
