We were a bit disappointed with the room at first because we had been shown a different room on our previous trip to Bali. In saying this, the room was clean and the bedding and towels were also lovely and clean. I found out later that they will be renovating at the end of this year, so this explains a lot. We would happily stay there again post renovation. The staff are all wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble.

A week away to recharge..we normally stay in Seminyak but this trip we were looking for a slower pace and Sanur was just that..Puri provided a great base to wander the streets and just chill out, the staff from check in to check out were wonderful. They were always around, never intrusive and very mindful of privacy. The room was great, good bed, great air conditioning (it was very humid) and the pool was always sought after a long walk. Breakfast daily was very good (perhaps some fresh fruits) A great location in amongst many good eateries and a few absolute gems (Taquisa) all in all we really enjoyed our time at Puri Hiromi Sanur..

Stylish, clean and quiet.
Beautiful apartment, great air conditioning and bathroom. Lovely, attentive staff and delivery of brekkie to your room each day was a wonderful treat. Beach access road right across the street. Stayed five restful days and would have lingered longer but I didn’t realize that unless you book a private pool suite, there isn’t another pool. Next time, I’ll know - worth a return visit.

Great stay at Puri Hirohito !
Exceptionally comfortable bed, loved the pool perfect temperature! Staff were excellent and room was comfortable. Only negative is the shower tub area was awkward- tub uninviting just a shower would be perfect ! The pool deck needs to be replaced as it is a safety concern.

Beautiful villa on main street Sanur
The lovely staff made us feel very welcome! The rooms are beautiful and the breakfast is good! The location is super, right on the main street, close to great restaurants and a few minutes walking from the beach. The only downside was that we were in the first villa and noise was coming off the street, as well as late night live music from restaurants could be heard, thankfully good earplugs can solve this issue. All in all a super place to stay!

Room was very nice and staff was crazy friendly. If you get the chance to do the breakfast then do it, it’s good an cost like 2$ with delivery. Only negative thing I got was the stuck balcony door, needed to pull with my whole body in full force to get it open, could need some oil 👍

Amazing. Change the bathtubs
Amazing hotel. We had the kids downstairs with the nanny, and we had the upstairs room, both pretty much self contained. The kitchenette was great. The bathtub was not nice, but they offered us a replacement room. They said they are in the process of changing the baths over to a different material.

From arrival to departure the staff were amazing, helpful and friendly always have a friendly smile. The property location was perfect, close to eateries, beach and shops. The room was clean, rooms made up everyday with turn down service provided every evening. The pool was great, good size fridge and good breakfast served daily to room. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, would definitely stay again when in Sanur.

We have just finished our stay at this great little hotel. The staff are amazing! Nothing is too much trouble, the room is clean, and the pool suites are fantastic for when you want to cool off. Our flight out was a later one, and they were even nice enough to let us back in after check out to freshen up!! There’s access to the beach literally across the road, and there are cafes and shops dotted all along the strip the hotel sits on - breakfast is totally worth paying for too! We are coming back again, and will definitely stay here... it’s a great hotel.

Fantastic
Fantastic Hotel. Private pool was lovely and the rooms very spacious and clean. Great service with friendly helpful staff.. Had breakfast delivered to our door each morning. The hotel is within 4 min walk to the beach (if you short cut through Maya Sanur Resort) Would recommend very highly.

They really take great care in knowing each of their guests personally. My daughter was arriving the day after me and when we checked in they called her by name and asked would she need transport. They also arranged for her room to be directly above our suite, nice touch....Being served breakfast everyday is also a very nice touch/

Simply the best 5 day stay
We stayed in a pool villa and found it to be very clean & spacious enough for my wife and I. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is close to a selection of good restaurants and the beach. great place to stay! The Mee Goreng Breakfast is awesome too.

Staff were lovely, more than happy to help. Breakfast was a little on the small side, and it is deliver to your room. No swimming pool or bar.

It was more than I have expected. Staff was very kindly, and would help u in every kind of way. Room is amazing, great bed, comfortable. Beach is about 200 mtrs from the hotel.

Felt like home
I was looking through expedia for hotel with good price and good atmosphere that's when I came across Puri Hiromi hotel. I always wanted to stay in a Villa suite with private pool that's when i saw this hotel, it's like my dream come true..haha. For a Villa suite it was definately a reasonable price. Overall the stay at Puri Hiromi Hotel for an excellent experience for my hubby and myself.

When I booked I wasn’t given the option of a room with/without a pool. I assumed all rooms had a plunge pool, so I was disappointed on arrival to find our room was upstairs without a pool with no option to upgrade.

Amazing Experience
This is an excellent hotel with a great location and the rooms with the private pool are perfect. The food is delicious and having your breakfast delivered is a real bonus. I highly recommend this hotel and definitely would return.

We enjoyed the secure villas with had easy access to the street and restaurants etc. No street noise. Lights outside unit at night made room very light to sleep in but the bed was wonderfully comfortable and the pillows too. A/C great. Clean and fluffy towels daily. Pool a little hard to access, but clean. Wooden boards need repair. Hot shower water. Bath surface worn and visually off-putting but excellent daily cleaning. Just needs a little renovating and a paint touch up to "reinvigorate" Staff excellent, friendly and polite. Breakfast also excellent.

Good location, that's about it !
Location is good. We had the room with the outdoor pool which was lovely to look at. The room was spacious. However, the negatives were just too many: The doors to the pool were not secure. The whole feel wasn't one of cleanliness, surfaces weren't wiped down properly, the toilet leaked and there was wee on the toilet brackets. The shower was just one big trip hazard, ridiculous egg shaped bath that one couldn't stand in and the shower head was half in the bath and half over these stupid loose pebbles that were extremely filthy. Toilet paper had to be asked for as cleaning room attendants didn't replace. Breakfast was good, served in room. All in all, wouldn't recommend nor would stay again. Far better value elsewhere in Sanur.

Loved this place the staff were fantastic the location is perfect , walking distance to all good restaurants, bars, shopping and beach . We stayed for two weeks celebrated my birthday whilst there got back to our room and there was a lovely chocolate cake and birthday wishes from the establishment who doe THAT ?? Made to feel very special there , when it was the day to leave the staff all come to say goodbye best service ever . Thank you all the staff at Puri Hiromi .

Has obviously been a really lovely hotel in its day but getting a little tired now. Some upgrading and maintenance would restore its former status. However, the staff are lovely and certainly do their very best.

Stayed for 3 nights in a suite with private pool. The room was very cozy and well maintained. You get to enjoy the privacy of having breakfast in your own room. There are various restaurants just outside the compound. Thus, food is not a issue in the area.

A Pleasantly Quiet Place in Sanur
It was a pleasant stay for us (family of 3) in Sanur. Strategically located right at Danau Tamblingan with amenities within close proximity. Room was excellent, service was efficient and all necessities were provided for us. Recommended place to stay if you are looking for a modern ambience.

Puri Hiromi - Pure Happiness
If it weren't for this place, I wouldn't have enjoyed Bali so much. It's in Sanur which is less touristy than some other areas and has some great local food around, and quite possibly the best Coffee shop in Bali. The staff at Puri Hiromi were amazing. Always super helpful and friendly. We had the pool and it was clean, room was clean, and we had breakfast brought to us every morning. Absolutely no complaints with this place, and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

If you love privacy, you will love this lovely home stay. The staff are wonderful. The bed very comfortable king size. The private pool to flop in after a hot day was fantastic. Close to the beach just off the Main Street, but still very quite. We stayed here for 2 weeks and loved it.

Great location close to Hardy's and many nice eating places. Short walk to beach 2 mins. First impressions of Puri as we entered drive way everything was well maintained. Reception check in was fast and efficient by Irene who showed us our room and to use the facilities. Our villa had combination living dining and kitchenette over looking pool. Bedroom was spacious with super king bed which was very comfortable. Aircon in both areas worked well. Bathroom was compact and functional. The pool was excellent, well maintained, cool and refreshing. I would not classify it as private as there is an apartment above which over looks the pool. Overall Puri Hiromi was excellent in all aspects

Extremely relaxing, we ate some great food. Also some restaurants had good music. Really just ate, slept and lay on the beach. Fabulous. The staff were so very helpful and accomodatine. They seemed very sincere.

Great large pool room. Pool is only for our use but can be overlooked if there are people in the room above. Breakfast was the tastiest Nasi Goreng we have had in Sanur - other options are available. Bedroom was comfortable with a large bed. Could do with removing bath as it is difficult to stand in when having shower as it is egg shaped. Staff extremely friendly and can't do enough for you. Loved our stay here Recommended

Quiet, convenient and clean
The beds were comfortable. The pool was clean and well maintained. The room was tired and old décor but clean. The bathroom was strange with the shower straddling the bathtub and should be remodeled. Over all, I would stay here again because it was located near many shops and restaurants and yet back off the road enough to be very quiet.

Lovely accommodation with private pool
We enjoyed our stay at Puri Hiromi very much. It is ideally located close to shops, Warungs, restaurants, Hardy's supermarket and the beach. We had our own pool which was ideal after a hot day in the sun also a nice way to start the day with a swim after breakfast. The staff were always polite and friendly, the suite was cleaned daily and breakfast served in our room was an added bonus. Overall we'd highly recommend this as a lovely place to stay.

Very pleasant, boutique hotel. Nice bedroom and small reception room. I paid a little more for a small Private pool. The Wifi was very patchy and sometimes worked. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast ok.
