"Our room was nicely appointed and quiet. The coffee shop was gone, but the upgraded coffee machine in the lobby was a nice replacement. I hate to complain, but the beds were not very comfortable and the pillow were very lumpy - we had some trouble sleeping. Also, vacuuming the lobby in the morning around people sitting in the chairs and sofas was not very considerate, seems this could be done earlier, when there are no people having coffee and relaxing in the lobby. We were told we could split the bill when I called ahead of our visit, then we were told we could not do so when we arrived - awkward. The rooftop patio was enjoyable, and the staff was helpful and friendly."

"The reception had only one associate and check in was very slow, we requested early check in as my husband was having severe foot ache but were denied.The rooms had dirty smell probably coming from the carpet. The bath tub was very dirty with yellow stains all over and the shower curtain was old and dirty. The drinking water was only available on main floor with just a pitcher and loaded with ice, tea coffee was not available 24/7. The staff specifically the women associate was rude and when asked about tea she just replied rudely that ask Marriott it’s not us. They have mentioned on their website that free breakfast time is 6:30 am to 9:30 so we booked this hotel as we had to check out by 6:45, however, we were told that it will start only at 7 am so we had to leave without breakfast. They want people to not have breakfast so they can save on food. Extremely cheaply maintained and dated hotel. Would not recommend it to anyone. After paying so much we got this kind of room and service was very disappointing experience. Will never book this hotel againNo proper maintenance no basic facilities then what are we paying for. Never expected a Marriott hotel to be in such bad condition. Absolutely disgusting service."

"I like staying at this hotel when I fly out of SeaTac airport. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I can walk to the Hawaiian L&L restaurant, ( my favorite). The hotel is clean and the shuttle service is excellent. "

"Staff was extremely polite. Parking was close. A lot of homeless in the area but luckily nothing happened to our car. Perfect for a one night stay. We were able to walk to everything"

"The staff here is exceptional. Always very helpful and pleasant. Miguel in the breakfast room was a standout. I would have liked to see some rotating breakfast options as we were offered scrambled eggs and sausage every day for a week. Also the cable weight machine was broken in a highly used gym, so it could get crowded."
