  • 1ª linea del mar de DENIA - DIRECTA PROPIETARIO. De propietario directo. Villa/chalet individual “COVID FREE” altas medidas higienizantes y tratamiento con máquina de OZONO profesional, antes de la entrada de cada nuevo inquilino, para garantizar su seguridad.
    Chalet privado situado a tan solo 10 metros de la mejor playa de dénia "Playa De Les Deveses". El chalet consta de 4 habitaciones de matrimonio con colchones de latex super cómodos. El resto de camas, hasta 3 camas de 1,35 se encuentran situadas en la 1ª planta. Un espacio diáfano, donde los mas pequeños, disfrutaran durmiendo junto a sus hermanos, amigos,... El salón-comedor y cocina, se encuentran unidos y abiertos al mar. Grandes espacios exteriores. Los niños podrán disfrutar de zona de juegos y piscina.

Misleidende advertentie en een slecht pand

Wij verbleven in dit pand in de maanden januari en februari 2025. Het pand verkeert zowel binnen als buiten in een aftandse staat. De advertentie laat een pand zien dat er verbluffend uitziet. De werkelijkheid is echter totaal anders. We schrokken ons rot. Als we dit geweten hadden, dan waren we nooit hier naartoe gegaan. Zowel binnen als buiten is het ondehoud zwaar achterstallig. De buitenmuren zijn niet meer wit maar groen uitgeslagen. De voordeur klemt en is sterk verroest. De tuinmeubels waren versleten en sommigen zaten vol met gaten. De stoelkussens bevatten enorme scheuren. Op de foto's staan andere meubels en een andere BBQ dan wat er nu staat. De verlichting in huis werkt niet overal. Nadat we geklaagd hadden bij de eigenaar heeft hij enkele nieuwe meubels laten bezorgen die door zijn mensen in elkaar gezet zou worden en de oude spullen zouden afvoeren. Er zijn 2 zendingen gebracht die we zelf in elkaar hebben gezet. De oude spullen zijn nooit opgehaald. Het pand heeft geen eigen verwarming en daarom staan er 4 aftandse los verrijdbare gaskachels die lastig aan te zetten waren. We waren niet op [de hoogte van de aanwezigheid van gaskachels. Het lang laten aanstaan is gevaarlijk omdat de CO2 in de kamer te hoog wordt. De oven in de keuken zit los en veroorzaakt vaak stroom uitval. De vaatwasser was niet schoon. De elektrische poort werkt niet als het buten te koud is waardoor we diverse keren niet weg konden of de auto konden terug plaatsen. Kortom; een blamage!

Una estancia muy agradable en la casa de Gerardo. La casa cumplió nuestras expectativas! El piso superior muy preparado para el disfrute de los pequeños de la casa. Muy bien servida de ropa de cama, toallas y menaje. Muy útil la zona al lado de la entrada de la casa para quitarnos la arena y la sal de la playa que estaba a escaso 50 m y el baño exterior!! Algo que quizás falta es en la batería de cocina alguna sartén más pequeña y algún ventilador extra para el piso superior. Y como única pega el día de check-in hubo una serie de incidencias que hicieron que no pudiéramos entrar en la casa hasta casi las 20:30 horas. Por lo demás Gerardo muy atento y pendiente de las pequeñas incidencias de las que le fuimos informando.

Eine Enttäuschung !

Das Haus ist definitiv nicht wie im Beschrieb und auf den Fotos. Es ist total heruntergekommen und scheint seit Jahren nicht mehr kontrolliert zu werden.. Ein grosser Teil des Mobiliars ist defekt oder noch von vor der Renovation und dementsprechend alt, verrostet und kaputt.. Viele Elektrogeräte waren nicht mehr zu gebrauchen (Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine, Geschirspühler fällt fast auseinander da ca. 15-20 Jahre alt, Mixer und Toaster). Der Vermieter war leider nie bereit sich das Ganze persönlich anzuschauen und dementierte noch die Mängel zusätzlich.. Für diesen Preis ist diese Immobilien auf keinen Fall zu empfehlen!!!

An absolute disconnection! Very comfortable home and best beach ever.

If what you are looking for is to disconnect and have an authentic relaxing time with your family, this is the place to be. The house is beautiful, every detail makes you feel you are home. The beds are so comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need. Breakfast in the terrace were delightful. The kids had a blast in the pool, and they slept in the attic where they had so much fun. Is literally a step away from the beach, which is never crowded, fine sand, clean water. The closest restaurant is 800 meters, you can walk from the beach in 15 minutes or less, is called Los Baños and is a must, the ambience, decoration and the best breakfast ever including healthy freshly squeezed juices. At night you can also enjoy there a cocktail in a chill out ambience. Also very close there is an auto cinema. For the supermarket you need he car but you have plenty along the road from 5 to 15 minutes with everything you need as well as other restaurants. There is an Asador with the best pizzas and Las Nogeras for amazing paellas. Denia is literally 15 minutes in the car. The owner Gerardo was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed, gave us tips of what to do and where to go. One of the best vacations ever in family, highly recommended.
