Located just a 2-minute walk from the sandy Les Deveses beach, it is the perfect retreat to enjoy the sun and the sea breeze.Exteriors:Private pool, summer kitchen with BBQ, and a large terrace for outdoor dining.
    Interiors:Ground floor with a bright living room, equipped kitchen, and 1 bedroom. Upper floor with 4 spacious bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Air conditioning throughout.
    Location:2 minutes from Les Deveses beach, close to bars/restaurants, and 9 km from Dénia center.

Tranquilidad

La playa muy próxima. Lugar tranquilo. La casa bien y para disfrutarla junto con la piscina. Escaso equipamiento en cuanto vajilla y toallas. Se echa en falta sillas o tumbonas para la piscina.

buenos dias , nuestra experiencia ha sido buena , exceptuando el aire acondicionado, yo entiendo que cuando entregas una vivienda se debe comprobar cosas tan basicas como que funciones todas las luces, que hay trapos de cocina... y si estamos en una casa de vacaciones de playa y estamos en plena ola de calor, se debe comprobar que los aires acondicionados funcionen a la perfeccion,esto ultimo lamentablemente no fue asi, la primera noche en dos habitaciones salia aire caliente,tuvimos que esperar hasta el dia siguiente para que vinieran a recargar los aires, tuvimos que estar pendientes por la mañana y luego hasta las 16 para que hicieran la carga, con tan mala suerte que por la noche uno de los aires no funciono, suponemos que tiene una fuga o algo asi ,porque el tecnico lo dejo funcionando. es decir que de las 3 noches , una habitacion no pudo dormir agusto, y otra una noche.Estas hace que la estancia no sea perfecta, y lo peor es que es una cosa que se podia haber evitado, pq antes de entregar las llaves deben comprobar que funciona todo perfectamente, sobre todo el aire. El resto de la casa perfecto, sinceramente ha sido una pena lo del aire , pq de haber estado esto bien , nuestra valoracion hubiera sido de 10. Gracias
