  • Quiet villa with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for 6 people.

    Situation:
    Quiet villa located near the natural park of Mongot, with beautiful views of the sea and Denia. Land of 800 square meters, with a beautiful well-kept garden with a variety of plants, the private pool (4 x 8 meters) with Roman steps is surrounded by grass, terrace and shower. The house has a living-dining room with German TV, American kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. And in the basement is the washing machine. Parking within terrain

    Sports: The privileged environment of Denia allows the practice of numerous sports, given its location between sea and mountains.

    In Denia it is possible to carry out almost any type of sport, whether on land, nautical or adventure, thanks to a pleasant and warm climate.

    It practices nautical sports throughout the year: Sailing, rowing, canoeing, diving, windsurfing, kite-surfing, nautical sky, sport fishing, nautical motorcycles and nautical charters, among other sports.

    Play golf, go hiking on the trails of the Montgó Natural Park, play a game of tennis, racquetball or squash, take a horse ride. There are many possibilities

     beaches: Everything is beauty: the sandy beaches, the rocky coves ... the blue and green colors of the Mediterranean Sea.

    20 kilometers of coastline result in different types of beach:

    To the north of the municipality you will find long beaches of fine sand. They are flat beaches, with warm waters, ideal for children.

    To the south of the municipality you will find, at the beginning, a sandy beach to make way for the rocky coves that, showy and recondite, show you a crystalline landscape of unparalleled beauty.

Super location.

Tres belle maison mais attention au détails !! style mobiliers à changercommes les 4 bains de soleil (lames plastiques cuit par le soleil et toiles coupé sur et et cuit part le soleil), un rideaux electrique de la cuisine ne baisse plus (certainement coincé car le moteur tourne)et un balais de toilette manche cassè.pour une chambre il y a une porte en bois qu'il faudra claqué pour qu'elle ferme (intimité).Pour le prix de la location il reste très raisonnable des que ces détails seront résolu.sinon super location.voiture obligatoire pour cette location et piscine au chlore.

Denia Villa

This is a really great villa set in a beautiful location in the hills above Denia. Fantastic views down the hills and to the sea. Very well equipped for a relaxing stay . A car is a must with this holiday villa as it’s not possible to walk into town and the shops.. Overall excellent I would highly recommend.

Location not as listed

The villa is located approximately 8km from the centre of Denia, and access is only possible by car as there is no public transport. A hire car is therefore essential. The listing indicated the property was only 0.3km form the centre of Denia. Initial access was problematical as the key code we were given turned out to be an address of the owner/manager. We paid for Cleaning and assumed we would get fresh linen and towels during the stay, no cleaner visited during our stay. There were no tea towels and insufficient hand/bath towels for a 7 day stay. We had to provide our own toilet rolls. The bed mattresses (2 single beds) and pillows were substandard and uncomfortable. The bed slats on one single bed were broken, the mattresses had sticking out springs and the pillows were dirty. We had to use taxis to get into Denia on the first day of the holiday, and then had to hire a large car to seat 6 adults for the remainder of our stay which added a further expense. We were fortunate in that we had a Spanish speaking member of the family with us, had this not been the case we would have been very isolated. This spoilt what would have been a family holiday to celebrate our retirement. We feel that we have been mis-sold a holiday villa not in a location as advertised.
