"The staff were wonderful and kind. The room was clean, simple but well kept, and it was a really affordable option. Right next to a train station which you can use to get into Brussels central. The buffet breakfast was lovely and got us fuelled up each morning. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Staff is basically nonexistent. Our towels and bedsheets had some stains on it and we tried to contact staff but no one answered. We went downstairs to talk to staff and no one was there either."

The amenities were great — we used the gym, and our kids had a wonderful time in the indoor pool. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. We definitely recommend this hotel."
