The view from the lodge of Mt. Denali was incredible. Very cool lodge areas with a big wood fireplace and multiple spaces to spend time. Restaurant bar was good and had good food. No wifi in rooms only iodge and common areas which was a bit disappointing but the lodge was the place to be anyhow.
This is a very nice lodge with lots of things to do on site. Rooms are nice and the grounds are beautiful. It would have been 5 stars except Internet access in the building 24 area was non-existent and parking is not close to the room (it was raining almost constantly and a long walk gets you pretty wet). This lodge is designed around large groups of people arriving on the tour buses and not people driving their own vehicles. Finally out room was quite hot and the thermostat on the wall was turned all the way to the cold side, so it wasn't controlling the heater.
The property was beautiful The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The dining options were very good.
The only 'down side' was the property is in the middle of nowhere. About 80 miles from Denali National Park.
