This property is in the perfect location for a quiet stay in the mountains of North Georgia. The waterfall in the backyard is amazing. We enjoyed time resting at the house. The home is in a perfect location for touring the surrounding towns, such as Helen, Dahlonega and Clarkesville. I would definitely stay here again!

150’ waterfall
The house was beautiful. The neighborhood was excellent. The location in relation to other localities was very good. The running water was very relaxing. Overall excellent weekend.
Great place. Only issue would be to simply change the outside light bulbs so we could enjoy the outdoors at night. Everything was incredible though. Deer running thru the neighborhood were awesome. 1/2 mile hike down to the river was great, and the best part was the waterfall out behind the patio, could sit out there all day listening to that sound. House was clean and nice. 5 stars, would definitely recommend.
This is a great central location to Helen and surrounding sites. Beautiful waterfall and creek. Huge house. Had some issues with some things at beginning of stay but was quickly fixed. Loved watching for deer through the windows. Loved the electric fireplace upstairs in the master bedroom
The house was beautifully decorated, perfectly supplied, meticulously clean. There were many little touches that we appreciated: books, games, puzzles, and lots of bath linens. An absolute gem! The owner was very nice and kept in contact to let us know when the house was cleaned and ready for us to check in. I would recommend this property to anyone, you won't be disappointed!
The house was big enough for two big families. My son loved his bed in the downstairs bedroom; there was a spiral staircase to go to another bed. Also, they have games for adults and kids; my son loved to play those games. But there were some minus points, like the dishes were not cleaned properly; I had to clean them first before I used them. Also, when we walked out, we had to watch out for Spider Vamp. I guess those things are very common at staycation places, so it's not a big deal.Overall, my family and I thoroughly enjoyed our time there.
Location was beautiful. Could’ve knocked down some of the cobwebs a little better. No internet or TV all weekend was a little disappointing on a Saturday during college football season. Overall, positive experience though.
What a great rental! We were able to share living space with family (4 generations) and everyone had a great time. The location was fantastic. Rooms were large and inviting, plenty of space for everyone to spread out. We ran out of time long before we ran out of activities and exploring. We are interested in coming again when we can use more outdoor space. Thanks for the great memories!
We needed a couple days to unwind and spend quality time together. We got all of that and more at this place. It is absolutely breathtaking inside and out!
Idyllic setting with woodland all around. The little waterfall running through the property elevates the tranquility to another level

Wonderful stay!!!
We had a wonderful time at this amazing house! The waterfall was such a highlight - you can hear it all around the house! We had a minor issue and they were right on it, with followup - very impressed. Highly recommend this house. We did learn how hard it is to light the firepit the days after rain.... get some charcoal to help start.
Great experience!!!
Thank you for having us.
We had a great stay, the weather was not too cold or hot. The neighbor was very nice and clean. The mornings were just a little too cold for me to sit on the porch and enjoy my coffee but the view for the living room was enough (just beautiful) The house was overall well maintained just had to be careful with our little one and the stairs. She really loved the breakfast nook she could see outside and she wanted to stay there all day. Cant wait to come back again!!
Everything inside was good. Had an issue several times with the internet and having to restart it daily. Was a little disappointed that the hot tub was gone and the wood walk way was no longer there to the waterfall. The stove one of the burners did not work. The glass doors had trouble opening. With this being said we really enjoyed the waterfall and being able to sit on porch to hear waterfall. The hosts were very prompt when I messaged about the internet and glass door. Will definitely stay again bc this is one of my favorite places to stay due to the waterfall.
This property had everything we needed and the waterfall was wonderful. The check in process was easy and the neighborhood is great. My only complaints are that the picture of the upstairs hot tub should be removed. It appears it hasn’t worked in a long time. Also, one of the beds in the cloud room was filthy and full of long black hairs. Luckily we had more beds than people and just didn’t sleep in it. Overall I’d stay here again simply for the views of the little waterfall.

Spacious, great location but needs update
This spacious cabin is in a gated community not far from Helen. Beautiful waterfall in the backyard. It was semi clean, several cobwebs throughout home, crumbs on the kitchen counters, stove knobs are broken, ice maker doesn’t work, coffee maker leaks and was also dirty. Overall it is a nice cabin but could really use some updates. Original listing had a hot tub but was removed after we booked. There were even signs on the deck about proper hot tub
The cabin was beautiful amazing views, clean, and beautiful rooms. Having board games for the kids was a plus made us enjoy our time together so thank you for everything!
Nice house in a wonderful woods and waterfall setting. Really enjoyed the modern design, which is a welcome departure from the traditional mountain cabin design.
Close to all the destinations we had in mind. Great stay!
We really enjoyed the location. It was very peaceful and quiet. The space was perfect for us. The surrounding areas were fun and provided us with plenty of opportunities to do do and experience different things. I would recommend this spot.
This was a very spacious home. The waterfall in the back was beautiful. The kitchen had everything we needed. The drive to Helen was not far.

Good central location, nice gated community
The house and property are nice beautiful waterfall views. The property needs to be sprayed we live in FL and are quite accustomed to bugs but we saw live spiders, ant, flying insects and moths, and one of the beds had a scorpion in it. I imagine the rain drove them in.
