The second floor features a loft bedroom with 1-queen sized bed. This monitored family vacation property will sleep up to 4-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

In this regard, Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per the written Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to always treat this private residence with the utmost respect, as well as to be mindful of neighboring homes and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitee’s actions. They should be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in advance with other family members who may be arriving separately.
