The property was well thought out with anticipating the guests needs. Everything was very clean and clearly labeled. The host was extremely responsive to any questions we had.
I would highly recommend this property.
Comfortable and cute with easy access to dozens of trails and hikes including an easy drive up to Artist Point. Spend your evenings relaxing in the hot tub or around the fire pit with your friends and family. Several good eateries in the near area and a reasonable drive to Bellingham with all of its restraints and breweries. Highly recommend as a place to take a great trip to a beautiful area of the Pacific Northwest.
Really enjoyed our time and especially appreciated all the little extras, beyond what was included in the listing, that elevated our experience. Kids and parents alike loved the fire pit, s'mores and hot tub. Lots of great hikes and restaurants within a few minutes drive. Can’t wait to go again!
We stayed (family of 5) for Thanksgiving and it was perfect! Great hikes, hot tub, and a fully stocked home. We cooked a proper thanksgiving and had everything we needed. Awesome beds and lots a throws to keep warm!
Thank you & we will be back
We had a great stay. Our first time using a short term rental and it went smooth. Owners are very accommodating and cared about our stay. The cabin is amazing, very clean and great location near Mt Baker. Also, no check out "to do cleaning" list we've heard other properties have. 5 minute drive to coffee, bakery, ski shop, a few restaurants and a small convenience store. A
Everything I wanted and more. Exactly 45 minutes to Artist Point, jacuzzi perfect to relax after a 9.5mi hike. Next time hope to bring my wife when she can take off work. Highly recommended!
Everything was perfect, true and accurate to the listing. I've never stayed in a rental that had every single item you could ever use in a kitchen, but this spot has it all!!!! Beds are comfy, fire pit was wonderful to have and the access to so much nature and trails is why we continue to rent in this area. The owner was wonderful to communicate with and helped out on a few questions I had within minutes. So much space upstairs and downstairs. 10 stars for sure and we can't wait to come back and rent this spot! :)

Comfortable with everything you need. Great location with easy access to trails, Mt. Baker and Bellingham. Would definitely stay here again!
The house was very tidy and well kept and over all so cute! We had everything we needed during our stay.. We would be happy to stay here again. Hosts were easy to communicate with.
Beautiful cabin in the forest. The space is secluded and quiet. Surrounded by trees and nature, it’s a perfect get away spot.
The cabin was clean, comfortable, and well stocked.
My husband, adult son and I stayed for a weekend at this meticulously cared for house. We were looking for a place close to Mt. Baker. The owners are obviously making the extra effort to ensure guests have good accommodations and stay. The house is attractive, well maintained with many extra perks. The hot tub was clean and hot. The beds and linens were very nice. The kitchen was spotless. The bathrooms were updated and also spotless. All the furniture is attractive and comfortable. All in all the place is a gem. There were a few places nearby to get groceries and pizza. This is a A+ rental for the area and price. We would come back in a minute.
Top notch all around! Extremely clean, beautiful home, and the backyard is amazing! This was the cleanest pet friendly rental we have ever stayed at! Everything is labeled, the kitchen had everything we needed to make delicious meals, and there was a beautiful welcome basket with a handwritten note! So many small details that made our stay so enjoyable & communication with Kate was on point! We were truly blown away with this rental and could not have been happier with our stay! Thank you!!!!
My friends and i stayed here for the weekend and it was wonderful! The place is very comfortable and very clean! The area was nice and quiet as well. There were many towels there for use which was really nice to have. Having the board games and yard games supplied was a great touch, gave us more things to do. The hot tub is definitely a nice thing to have, great for relaxing!
Kate was a lovely host!! She is quick to respond to massages and she is super nice/friendly. She was really easy to get ahold of when we needed to call her. She gets 5 stars just based on her!
The listing description, photos and reviews are all accurate. The place was clean, everything was straightforward and any communication with the owner was easy. Definitely worth taking a 5 min walk over and checking out the canyon Creek area.
Would happily stay again.
To say the place is clean is a huge understatement. Spotless and amazing first impressions. Cabin is super cute and well-appointed. The radiant heat floor on the main level is so welcome. And, more nice touches: dog bowls in the laundry area and cozy throws for cuddling on the couch. When the snow started dumping (we got two FEET of new powder), we lost power, and, as advertised, the generator kicked on. Overall we had a delightful stay, the snow kept coming, and we had the white Christmas our family was hoping for. I'd definitely come back! Kate was gracious enough to allow us to extend a day when my daughter's car brakes failed and we couldn't leave on the 26th as planned.
We had a family birthday weekend and packed in sledding, snowshoeing, hot-tubbing, snowball fights, lots of games and great meals. The cabin was perfect and we found a short trail to the river. The cabin is nicely stocked and has everything you need for cooking and staying cozy. Loved our stay!
We were here for a bit of photography work, and this was the perfect base for shooting up to Artist’s Point and Picture Lake! The outdoor activities are plentiful and the cell service is non existent. It’s the perfect combo, and this new cabin still smelled of freshly cut wood. Couldn’t have found a better spot!
