"This hotel is in a prime location, and has in its building two fabulous restaurants! The staff is attentive and courteous, especially Eddy at the front desk. The rooms are dated, but the value cannot be beat. I suggest staying at this hotel and will do so again in the future myself."

"The room was beautiful, especially the bathroom. The bedroom was very dark at times. I could not see directions for the coffee maker. The staff was lovely and our dinner delicious. Roof top bar magnificent!"

"My stay at The Inn on Third was amazing. The owner was present, very helpful and also incredibly nice. The other guests were great to chat with, especially during breakfast and the social hour that they have each night. The atmosphere of The Inn is so cool and unique. It's like taking a trip back into time which I really enjoyed. The room was very clean, the bed was comfy, and even though there was a ton going on around The Inn the weekend I was there it was quiet which allowed me to get good rest. I am moving to St Pete so I'm not sure there will be a need for me to stay again, but if you are visiting St Pete I would highly recommend staying for all the reasons I listed above AND for the extremely convenient location. You can walk to many of the great sites that St Pete has to offer and you can also hop on the Sun Runner (free public transport) if you want to visit one of the beaches."

The rooms are small but comfortable, the staff is friendly and accommodating, the parking is free, and the location is very convenient for jumping on the Looper and getting around town. The afternoon social on the porch is a great way to meet people and share experiences. I always enjoy coming back."
