"I couldn’t check in until after 4 because my room was getting cleaned. I then checked in and the cleaner walked in on me and saw me changing… my third day I came back to my hotel room UNLOCKED. The cleaner left the dead bolt turned so anyone could access my room. I told the front staff and they called the cleaner and said she hadn’t been in there… I let them know that all the towels were replaced so clearly she was. One of the elevators was broken the entire stay and no one was out servicing it. Luckily I could take the stairs because people waited so long for it. I didn’t feel safe with the cleaners being so careless and the staff didn’t seem to mind and waived my $30 parking as a courtesy. Unacceptable. "

"OK place to stay. They have wifi, but it does not connect to the internet, so what's the point? After check in, they asked if I needed help with anything and I asked for directions to a nearby parking garage and was told to access Google Maps. The property was clean and the location good for what we needed, but nothing special."
