WiFi, big flatscreen TV, sofa, fridge, water cooker and mineral water is in the room. The Guest House is in a quite and safe place and can easily be reached by foot from Rosebank Mall (ca. 1 km, during the day it is safe to walk). "This property is located in a great place for a short stay in Johannesburg. It is basically next to a huge mall where you can spend the day shopping and dining. It is next to the Nelson Mandela square (there is an exit door from the hotel) where you can admire art or take a picture with a tall statue of Nelson Mandela. We only stayed two nights in Johannesburg and then continued our trip. For this purpose the hotel was perfect. In the morning there is a free shuttle to the "Hop on Hop off" tourist bus, which is a great way to get an overview of Johannesburg. We never even got off the bus. Da Vinci hotel is an upscale hotel, clean with great service. I would stay here again if I ever came back to Johannesburg."
"Beautiful property in a prime and safe location close to many dining options. I didn't want to leave my beautiful suite. Savon has excellent service overall. Their spa is an experience worth staying at this property for. Amazing hospitality by all the staff we encountered, from the GM to the butler. They even left us treats for our Anniversary celebrations with delicious chocolate-covered strawberries.
We just missed their 25th anniversary celebrations the next day, but the preparations looked grand.
