To say the least I was a little disappointed in this establishment, when we arrived first thing we saw was a dead roach in the corner, my best friend was sleeping in the 2 bed room and a roach crawled on her in the middle of her sleep .. the house had a strong odor that still existed on our clothes after leaving. Let alone the area this is in, is completely unsafe.. the house next store was what comes to mind when you think of a trap house. Last but not least the shower was a hazard, the bottom filled up water and made it extra slippery after washing. Not to mention the dehumidifier was like a chore, thank God I sat and read the rule book because an hour after being there it was filled to the top.

The apartment was clean. The area was safe and located clise to the downtown events. There was plenty of hot water and the shower was comfortable.
