Good location: not clean
Owner & manager were wonderful, good location, safe neighborhood. It definitely needs a deep clean & dingy linens replaced. If cleanliness is not important, this is a great place.

Good location, private, needs care
Private and quiet.Needs detail cleaning. Musty smell. Recommend upgrading bedding & towels. Good location.
This property is in a nice location. Quiet, safe, and convenient to i95, shopping, dining, and getting to the beach. I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the property. It’s suffering from lack of maintenance and upkeep, which added to the “unclean” feel throughout all aspects of the property. The property does have a lot of great amenities, but they too are “worn out” and didn’t give me the warm and fuzzies to use. If the property was freshened up and generally cleaned up, I would definately stay again.
Place is nice! Nothing fancy. We were visiting our son and grandson and just need a place to sleep. This place served that purpose. It could use some updating but for the reason we were there it worked well. The host was very nice and responded to any questions quickly. If you are looking for a place without any bells and whistles, then this place will be a great choice! There is a pool for use, but we ended up not using. The only complaint that I have is the shower did not have great pressure, but it still worked ok. I would stay here again.
