"We enjoyed the property and everything we needed was in the home. We enjoyed having coffee together in the private yard. The kitchen had a full size range and refrigerator. The kitchen was stocked with dinnerware, glassware and pots and pans. The king sized bed was comfortable and the bathroom and shower were more than adequate. The home is on a quiet street and the area felt safe. Thank you to the host for making the home inviting and comfortable. "

"Lovely place -- apartment could use major updating -- the grounds are far nicer than the room interiors; wish there was a lift from ground to second floor -- beware you are hauling everything up a flight and half of steps if you stay on top level; great communication and helpfulness from the staff; again, only wish they would update the interiors -- the location deserves a more thoughtful interior design."

"Staff was excellent, stayed in a luxury villa and it was a comfortable room with kitchen and dishwasher but very small stove couldn’t cook much, very nice quiet pools, parking was always good, laundry room could be updated only 1 washer and dryer coin operated and no working AC in the room. It walking distance to beach and Atlantic Ave restaurants and bars so didn’t need to worry about driving and finding parking to have a nice day or night out. Would stay again definitely"

"Really enjoyed the large room with 2 king beds. Check in was easy. We did have to pay for parking each night and there isn't that much parking available but somehow, we always found a parking spot. There was a scent of weed when exiting the elevator on several occasions which was annoying but the smell didn't permeate into our room so it wasn't a huge deal. The only real problem we had was that we went down to the food/bar area on our final morning to get something to eat. Shortly before our Uber was supposed to pick us up, I went back upstairs to get our bags out of the room and my key didn't work. I ran back downstairs to the front desk and they made me another key which also didn't work. I used the hallway phone to call down to the front desk and she said she'd send engineering up. I explained the urgency because the Uber was supposed to be there within 5 minutes. After seeing a couple of hotel employees sauntering down the hallway, I finally asked one if she was from engineering and she said she wasn't but that the guy's room was down at the end of the hall and she'd go get him. She continued sauntering down the hallway even after I explained the urgency. After a couple of more minutes the guy came down the hall to our room and was able to let us in. Fortunately, the Uber was about 10 minutes late so it didn't cost me anything except stress and sweat. I hope that was just an isolated incident. It was otherwise a fine stay."

"This is a great hotel for staying in Delray. Just a short walk to Atlantic Avenue. I think they need more shuttle buses to the beach but we got our exercise and walked. You get beach chairs and umbrella included, which is awesome. They are constructing a new pool restaurant and bar. So it won’t be finished for a while. The pool got crowded but it’s a fun atmosphere. The room we had was excellent!"
