Welcome to Cozy Cottage, a modern home 1 block to Atlantic Ave and 1.5 mi to the beach! Our dog-friendly cottage features a huge fully-fenced backyard with patio seating, a grill and bistro lights for you to enjoy the south FL evenings. Sleep up to 6 with two bedrooms and a pull-out sofa in the living room. Bicycles are also included for guest use, plus free golf cart shuttle to and from downtown if you don't feel like walking! Less than .5 mile from 95 for quick access to all of south Florida.
