Cozy garden level apartment on 3 acres. Enjoy privacy in a renovated, modern 1 bedroom with full bathroom and fully equipped kitchen at the rear of the house with private entrance designated parking. Close to all the amenities Albany has to offer such as shopping, restaurants/bars, colleges, State offices, MVP Arena, Palace Theater, hospitals and recreation. Short 15 minute drive from Albany International Airport.
The apartment is in an oasis of rural countryside in the midst of a booming surburbia. The property is located on a tree lined, quiet dead end road.The property is less than 5 minutes away from supermarkets and restaurants in Slingerlands. The neighboring quaint hamlet of Delmar, which is about 5 minutes away, has some great restaurants and bars.
