"The hotel was amazing, however, we checked in at reception with Antonio, he was very rude and unprofessional since we walked in the hotel. The other check in girl was polite and professional. We traveled as a family and reserved two rooms. We requested to be in the same floor but Antonio refused and said they didn’t have any available on the same floor. The other check in girl said they did. She talked to Antonio and he said these rooms are set and we cannot be change. She tried to talk to him but he was being difficult. Everyone else at reception was very polite. I can’t remember her name but she did try to accommodate us for the next day by offering us to come back the next morning for room availability in the same floor. I’m still going to give this hotel all the stars as one person shouldn’t effect the overall experience. I’m assuming he was having a bad night."

"Is well located in the city with transportation near by and dining options all around. Very safe area to walk around. However, when I was in my room I had to call 10 times to get a hold of the front desk to get an iron for a shirt which never arrived, thankfully a lady who was doing housekeeping nearby handed me the iron i needed with urgency"

"Fantastic hotel when driving through Spain, it's a lovely place to break up the journey the grounds are stunning, there is a swimming pool available for guests you can hire towels for 5 eurossave you worrying about drying, we were given a choice of 2 rooms on arrival we chose the 4 poster bed,which was lovely then we found a suprise behind the door a balcony, evening meal and breakfast were included in the price, food is very good I would recommend this hotel it's the 3rd time we have stayed here"
