"Check in was excellent but checking out wasn’t, there was someone who spoke Spanish and she was very polite and helped us choose was floor we wanted to be in. At checking out there wasn’t anyone who spoke Spanish and the lady at the front desk told us we probably wouldn’t be getting out deposit back when I spoke to her she informed us there was a stain in the comforter and when I told her that it was a peanut butter cookie she said she informed them but wasn’t getting a response back so we had to wait there. I asked her if she wanted me to clean it up my self because I was sure the stain would come off and she ended up telling me that it was okay and gave us the deposit only after I told her that."

They made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The breakfast was excellent with a great variety of fresh and delicious options every morning. It was the perfect way to start the day. One of the best amenities was the free laundry service, which was extremely convenient and made our stay much more comfortable, especially for a longer trip. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained overall. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great service and excellent value."

"Very poor shower pressure, very old carpets in the rooms, very poor sad pillows. Nice people, nice staff, hotel needs a full remodel. Fun by the pool and allowed to have a beverage by the pool. Good breakfast. Two to four hot items plus waffles and bread stuff. Very bad coffee and very bad coffee machines. It's okay for the money. No more than $120 a night ever.."
