Clean hotel in busy area
We booked this hotel after staying one night at a sketchy hostel nearby. It was a breath of fresh air compared to the hostel. The beds were comfortable, actually the most comfortable we found after 2 weeks in India. The room was clean and as pictured on the website. We booked a triple room and it had one double and a twin bed. Breakfast was good, tea was delicious. The Wi-Fi worked okay in the lobby but didn't always work in the room.

The Hotel is in the center of Old Delhi which is a bit chaotic and dirty. The hotel is clean and the staff was helpful.

Simple and clean
No frills and staff service was mediocre but it was always clean and there was enough room to move around freely. I would absolutely recommend this to those traveling on a budget.

An ok place
The hotel is ok, small and basic, no complains. It is clean, nice and people is attentive. It is a very good deal for the price. The location, in the middle of the market, is a little creepy. The wifi just work properly in the common areas. If you are in a budge this a great place, if you can pay a little more I would recommend a better destination.

For budget hotel, good option
The room was clean and comfortable, though the towels were somewhat damp when I arrived. It was quiet in the hotel, but that's in part because my room had no window to the outdoors, which made my experience very uncomfortable; I don't know if other rooms have windows. My fridge wasn't working, but perhaps it was an easy fix (I didn't ask, as I didn't need it). The staff was fine, though neither especially gracious nor especially comfortable with English.

Better than others in the area
Definitely falls into the cheap travelers genre of hotels, of which there are many in this area. However, the location is very convenient, the area feels safe, and the value for money of this place is excellent. Attentive staff and a comfortable room.

Probably Good Hotel, They Canceled on Me
I can't say if this hotel is good or not because I never got to stay here. I arrived in Delhi at 2am and tried to get a taxi to the hotel, but all the roads were closed because of protests and elections taking place. I phoned the hotel from a tourism office and they informed me that there is no way to access the hotel and that my reservation is canceled. A little bit of notice would have been nice. I even sent an email in advance to confirm my booking, but nobody checks emails I guess. It is difficult to make new plans in the middle of the night in a foreign city that is shut down.

Regrettable stay in this hotel.
Room is not kept clean, linens are not changed daily unless requested. Towels were dirty white and some were yellowiish and smells dirty. Pillows are small , old and lumpy. Free breakfast seemed like it' s prepared only for locals and not catered for tourists of same taste. Breakfast were almost running out by 0900 on our first day and had to wait, the only food we can eat are boiled eggs and toasts, not even fruits. Breakfast bag not prepared as requested when we had to leave the hotel early for a tour. Safe required daily calls for staff to open, no instructions to open and close. Coffee- maker needed to be plugged to bedside table since it's own socket not working. Sitting areas in lobby smells bad as staff uses them for beds at night. Walls are thin, we can hear next room's TV. On our last day, reception kept calling our room ( 4 times) for wake - up calls that started at 6 AM even if we requested for 7 AM , they even called to say driver is at the lobby to pick us up which we had not requested; I finally told them to stop calling and let us go back to sleep. Their travel desk charges 1/3 more than other travel agencies in the same area which are multiple. Rupee exchange rate differs from one staff to another, travel desk said $1.00 = 66 rupees but night receptionist said 62 rupees, what a difference. Everyone else unwelcoming and staff needs training with communications.

Good location
Hotel not as described. We was given deluxe room with window that opened to show a brick wall. We paid for executive room with city view. The safe did not work in the room. Room would benefit from a good clean.

Great Value, Awesome Shower
The hotel is one of the better ones that we have stayed at in India. We paid a few more dollars for the Executive room, which worked well. The only minor issue was that the moisture remained in the room, so it took a very long time for the bathroom to dry. It's a bit silly that they have a lovely bathroom with great water pressure and hot water, but no divider, so the entire bathroom gets soaked (protect the toilet paper! lol). The room was very clean and the sheets did not have questionable spots on them. The Lysol wipe was pretty clean when we disinfected the room. There is a rooftop patio which looks very nice, but we did not use it, so cannot comment on that. The breakfast was decent and the omelettes were delicious. Hotel Aman is an oasis in the midst of madness in one of Delhi's busy markets (also close to the railway station). Our room was pretty quiet and the young man who took care of our floor was always very helpful.

shopping location and restaurant tasty food.
check in was a bit slow as they unable to multi-task. 1 person check in, 3 person looking. bed room size is good and clean. service is so so. many staff did not wear uniform so it was unable to tell is they are staff of guest. restaurant served good food and tasty with a reasonable price. we had every meal there. staff in restaurant is simply great! just outside hotel so much to shop and a good bargain.

Good Clean in Shoppers Paradise
Overall the stay was good. hotel is very clean. The reception staff however for very confused and i think understanding explanations in English is difficult. I had all my confirmations in hand i booked three rooms for 6 people for 2 nights. One room i could only get on another website which was fully paid up. I had to explain this twice which i found to be quiet annoying.

Great hotel with amazing staff
Ok this hotel was smack in the middle of the market, which made it a fantastic location to walk around. There are so many foreigners and one instantly feels safe. The hotel is pretty modern and very clean and has n amazing roof top area to enjoy a meal under the stars. What made this hotel special for us was Chander, he's the waiter on the roof, but was also our handy man, person who assisted us with getting sim cards, gave some tips on where to go and what to see around the area and was always ready and willing to help make our stay a comfortable. It was so refreshing to see that level of service and willingness to help. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone considering visiting Delhi

A good inexpensive well located hotel
A good inexpensive well located hotel, I stayed for a couple of days after arriving in Delhi before travelling to Rajasthan. Close to New Delhi station. I returned for an afternoon to rest and shower before heading to the airport, it's good for that as well.

Great value for money & clean
The hotel is located in an extremely busy road in Delhi and could come as a shock however once inside the hotel it's a comfortable, clean and has friendly staff! The roof top bar service is something to be desired however, overall a great value for money and central location hotel!

Good hotel, service & location...clean the street
The restaurant has good food at a reasonable price. Location is near New Delhi Station and a short walk to Connaught Place. Old Delhi is easily accessed by walking or a short rickshaw drive. The hotel opens out to a bazaar which has lots of shopping. Hotels must remember that while their establishment is clean on the inside, cleanliness immediately outside their hotel is also important. It was very dirty outside. This can influence whether a person will stay or not. Shop owners immediately adjacent to the hotel need to clean up their act!!!

Nice new hotel in good location.
I reserved for my parents from distance and they seemed very happy and satisfied by the clean ness of the hotel and how new it was. Great location and helpful staff. Although we had a bit of a confusion at the checkin time cause the reservation number was not the same, but the rest seemed to be rather great.

There was no heater in the room and it was freezing cold when we landed in Delhi.The centralised airconditioner didnt have the inverter function for heating.The room stank of fresh paint.The bins were not cleaned from the previous day.Lucky it was only an overnight stay.We stayed there for a maximum of 7hrs overnight.

Was such a relief to have booked at Aman after some pretty poor accommodation. A very pleasant stay with no complaints. Very clean, nice and modern, felt safe in a not so ritzy area. A real diamond in the rough.

Muito bom custo/benefício.
O hotel Aman Continental fica na Main Bazar Road, no bairro Paharganj, em Délhi, uma rua que com certeza vai assustar quem for para a Índia pela primeira vez, pela sua sujeira, confusāo de carros, pedestres e tuc tuc, e muito barulho. Já fiquei hospedado em outros nesta mesma rua, mas pode ter certeza que este é o melhor deles. O hotel está perto da estação de metrô Ramakrishna Marg Metro e também de Connaught Place.

メインバザール内のホテルで街歩きに最適。 ・チェックインの時スタッフの対応で、”予約できていないのでは？”と思ってしまうような対応があり心配でした。バウチャー控えのプリント物を持って行ったので弱気になるようなことはありませんでした。 ・室内は快適清潔。シャワーは１０分程度出してやっとお湯になりました。トイレットペーパーあり、歯ブラシ、ドライヤーなし、冷蔵庫は効かず、電子レンジなし。 ・コインランドリーはなくランドリーサービス。使わなかったが朝出して夜８時ごろ返却とのことでした。外で干しているのかもしれません。 ・ルームサービスを3日間頼んだのだが味は満足。 ・ルームサービス1255ルピーのところ2000ルピーの請求。 メニュー実額＋15%程度の税がかかることまでは確認していますが、あと余分の500ルピーは謎の請求。部屋まで運ぶ手間賃、毎日部屋に補充されるミネラルウォーターが含まれているのかもしれません。 ・ルームサービスではこちらからいえばビールも買えます。スプーンで開けてもらうか自分で開けます。栓抜きはありません。 ・ホテルロビーでもオプショナルツアーデスクがあり申込ます。 受付もドライバーも良い方ですが、リクエストしてないお土産屋に連れていかれました。”もう十分買ったのでいらないよ”と店員に言うとしつこく追い回してくることはなかったです。

窓なしで最悪最低二度と泊まりたくない。これで3つ星はおかしい。今まで海外旅行したなかで最悪のホテルだった

Gaste um pouco mais e escolha um bairro melhor.
Qualquer um que pegue um táxi no aeroporto e solicite ir a este hotel vai ter um choque com a imundice da rua. Café da manhã voltado ao público indiano. Nenhuma fruta e um café solúvel preparado na hora. Meu quarto era o executivo, de bom tamanho, mas o serviço de limpeza era irregular. O rapaz sempre me perguntava se precisava limpar. Ora, impossível não necessitar limpeza diária, pois com a poluição de Délhi a sujeira está no ar.

El agua caliente no funcionaba a la llegada, habia que pedirla cuando querias usarla. El personal del restaurante muy amable y buena gente. La ubicacion es perfecta en medio del bazar si quieres hacer compras o ir a la estacion central.

駅に近く近代的ホテル
内装きれいで良かった。ニュウデリー駅から近い。コノホート歩いて行ける。フロント24時間便利。今後利用したい。何より内装きれいホットシャワー使える。

離火車站很近，很方便，客房服務很好，撥電話要吹風機，三分鐘就送到房間。室內整潔乾淨，早餐中規中矩。CP值蠻高的！

バザール真っただ中のホテル
アクセスは良いものの、深夜まで騒がしい通りに面していて、落ち着かない立地ではある。ただ、私の場合、奥まった窓無し部屋だったのが幸いし、静かに過ごすことが出来た。 wifIが１端末しか無料にならない、かつ遅いのが残念。 朝食はなかなか良かった。

インドらしさを感じられるメインバザールにあるホテル
ニューデリー駅からほど近いメインバザールあるので、周囲はかなり賑やかな場所ですがホテル内はとても静かで落ち着きます。空港への送迎も手配してくれます、ただし日本円の両替は不可でドルのみなので予め空港で両替することをオススメします。 ホテルに併設されているレストランのカレーが美味しいですよ。
