"This is our 3rd time staying at this hotel, which we have now adopted as our home in Buffalo. The hotel itself is in a great location and feels very safe. The grounds and inside the hotel were very clean and our room was no exception. The staff were super friendly, attentive and helpful. They provided us with a free upgrade to a handicapped room, which was very helpful as my spouse is disabled. There were some descent options at breakfast and we were not disappointed in any of the food."

"There were a few glitches, like being low on certain supplies such as dishwashing detergent, toilet paper, and paper towels. I also didn't like having to contact the host upon arrival because I was very tired after a long drive. As a solo traveler, I would've preferred more secure locks on the doors and lighting in the foyer. But the neighborhood seems pretty safe, right across from an elementary school so locals keep watch. (I just had to be aware of parking during school dropoff/pickup times.) The bed was comfortable, a big deal for me due to back issues, with lots of pillows and a comfortable blanket. However, I would recommend that dressers be put in the rooms because it's hard to get dressed out of a suitcase. I especially liked that the location was off the beaten track because I hate to park/drive in crowded areas. I was able to walk the dog around the neighborhood, and she seemed comfortable when I was out. Also, despite some street noise, it was pretty quiet at night. The host and his property manager were friendly and easy to reach. I lost the keys and he came fairly quickly with a new set. I did pay for it, but that would've been expected anywhere.I only used one bedroom and there are three. So, this would be a very good deal for a group of travelers."

"This is a great apartment! Loved the location as it is close to my sister and the attention to detail in the unit is top tier. The hefty deposit makes sense once you see how nice the apartment is (although it is still painful!). The host was immediately responsive when I had a little trouble finding the entrance at check in. He stayed on the phone with me until I entered the apartment and had the access/lock codes figured out. I appreciated that! The kitchen is top notch, there is plenty of room to spread out in with a lovely dining room and living room. The master bedroom is crazily big. There are great closets and plenty of storage space. My only notes are that the bathroom is dark with a tiny sink, which is difficult to wash your face without splashing on the floor. The black shower curtain made the shower a little scary for me as I couldn’t see out and the bathroom was dark in general, even with the mirror light on. There aren’t any bedside lights in the master bedroom but that is truly the worst thing I can say. I loved this place and hope to return!"

"Sean’s property at North Buffalo offered a great home base for us to move our daughter to University at Buffalo. It was a convenient 10 minutes away from campus. We were able to bring our dog and her grandparents to help her transition to her new home. We each had our own room and a place for family dinner. Much more comfortable than if we had to stay at a hotel. We didn’t have to leave our dog home since the property is dog friendly. My daughter was able to spend couple of extra days with her furry sibling. The home was located half a block from a street with coffee shops, restaurants, and bars. Very convenient to go and grab some food. Popular big box stores such as Walmart and Target were also very close so it was easy to run and pick up last minutes items for her dorm room. Every facet of the home satisfied our needs for our stay at Buffalo."

"Love how walkable the street is great location. If you have a hard time with stairs, this apartment has original stair to the age of building they are steeper then modern staircase. With the buildings age and being on the top floor it is warm. They offer fans and a small A/C to help."
