"First, parking. There’s no self parking, it’s valet only at $50 a day. And the area in front of the hotel is small, so be prepared to drive around the block a few times if you arrive at the same time as everyone else. Second, I don’t know if there was a shortage of housekeeping staff or not, but we waited over 2 hours for a room to be available. And we weren’t the only ones waiting. Apparently, according to one of the workers, the Double Queen Suites are the hardest to clean. So, if you book one of these rooms, be prepared to have a later check in than 4:00. And the room wasn’t exactly what’s pictured on the website. The windows and “view” were of the hallway, and the queen beds are each up against the wall on the sides, with one right up against a window, so you can’t walk around them. It’s like they took a room that originally had a king bed in it and stuck two queens in there. As for the bathroom, they have pump bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The shampoo and conditioner were both out. We told the front desk staff and were only brought shampoo, no conditioner. And the tub didn’t drain well. The breakfast was probably the best thing with made to order omelets, and practically something for everyone. The manager’s reception was also good. Throughout everything, the front desk staff was friendly. I know they couldn’t control the room issue and other issues, but we probably won’t be back."
