Sunny Breeze condo is light and airy with blue water Ocean View! Top floor condominium beautifully decorated in a blue and white coastal scheme. Enjoy fabulous sunset views off your front patio, wake up to the morning light with easterly views off master bedroom. Two very spacious bedrooms sleep 4 and 1 on the couch (or pack n play) if you have a 5th guest. 2 baths and laundry room. 1 assigned parking space. Beach chairs & towels. Walk to everything! 1 block to beach, less than a mile to town or track.
We are across the street from the beach. Guest love the quick walk to the shore. The village is less than a mile and an easy walk as well. The Brigantine is 1/2 mile away. Plenty of restaurants and shopping to the north in Solana Beach (also less than a mile). Back walking trail will take you to the Fairgrounds. Also easy access to US Highway 5 to visit all of San Diego

Walk on the beach all the way to Torrey Pines State Beach.
Hike Torrey Pines State Park
Easy walk is the San Dieguito River Trail just east of the condo.
Uber and Lyft are readily available.
Public transit (Bus) across the street
Train stops at Solana Beach (1 mile from condo)

Good neighbor quite hours are 10 pm - 8 am (socializing indoors)
Non smoking condo and building.

If you are traveling with a pet, please note that there is a pet fee of $200.00 per reservation.

Guests have access to the entire condo
