"Room was very clean and spacious, and the daily breakfast was excellent. One problem was that there were no elevators to the 2nd and 3rd floors which is at least 15 steps up. As seniors, the walk up with luggage was very difficult. No ground floor rooms were available. Also the outdoor stairway is covered with bird poop and need to be cleaned or shielded from the birds."
