Our stay was comfortable and relaxing. Breakfast was good. Staff friendly and helpful. I stay in the area several times a year and this is my first stay here. I’ll be back as a regular from now on.

The entire first floor had a stale cigarette/body odor smell, even though signs posted all around declared it to be a smoke-free facility. The room is “labeled” as wheelchair accessible, but the woman who checked us in was quick to note that, due to there not being a roll-in shower, it was not fully accessible. The mirrors were too high to be seen by my companion using a wheelchair and the hairdryer was mounted too high for her to reach independently. The bed height may have been decent for a hoyer lift to go under, but was too high to do a transfer from the wheelchair. (She does not bear weight at all and does not use a Hoyer lift.)

Pros:location right across from a grocery store. Breakast was good and everything was clean and stocked. Staff was friendly. Cons: room had the strongest strange smell. We assumed it was the cleaner but it hit us everytime we opened the door. Stains around the bed on the fabric. One garbage by the back door that was overflowing. clean great bed and great staff

Staff was great. We decided to travel at the last minute to see the eclipse. Arrived at 11 and they had our room by 1pm. Bed was firm, Room was clean. No complaints

Bedding was dirty and stained in the first room we were given. Went to front desk and the lady working apoligized and gave us another room right away. New room was clean and beds were very comfortable. Everything worked as it should and hotel was great for the one night we stayed

Hotel is average at best, cleanliness okay but hotel in need up updating badly. Bathroom shower and tub area very old and deteriorated and in need of repair. Doesn’t appear that much investment has been made to the rooms and property in many years. Better places to stay nearby.

Absolute false advertising. Picture shows personal jacuzzi when you select room but it’s a scam and end getting a regular room at an outrageous price. I asked the lady about it and if she had any available with the jacuzzi, she stated “ it has the picture but because it doesn’t say suite, it is not included. I can’t do about it nor can I switch your room over”. There was no attempt to try and fix the situation. Poor customer, false advertising and outrageous pricing.

Limited interaction with staff. Smell was not pleasant. You cannot convert a smoking room to a non smoking room without changing wallpaper and carpet. The smell was not good otherwise room was clean and beds were comfortable. Outside not very welcoming
