"This house was amazing! So spacious, well laid out, with an incredible backyard. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Comfortable beds, TVs in all of the bedrooms, lots of kitchen space and property manager was super helpful when we had questions. Boat was fabulous. Bots caught LOTS of fish! We swam and fished all day and had an amazing trip making memories before our sons head back to college. Highly recommend this property and this host! Have rented from Karen and Ryan multiple times and their properties are always top notch. Thank you for an amazing family trip!"
"Overpriced for what you get, my bed very little padding left sleeping on springs and there was a kid shot one night and died, a lot of tweakers, hobos, homeless bums, dealers, and various other sketchy people creeping around. I’ve even seen some trying to break into rooms that they were thrown out of because of failure to pay, and I’m convinced the positive reviews come from the sketchy people themselves, the staff does try very hard. The cleaning crew are great and friendly and the same with the office people, but the sketchy people are what is dragging the place down and they bring in more just like them to stay here it’s easy to see and spot"

"Exactly as picture. Property was clean and perfect for our needs. Beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood. Clean and everything you need to prepare and cook meals if you want to. Pontoon boat was unique and very nice for evening cruises and fishing."

"Thr property was nice, there was spider in the kitchen-not a big deal. We found ants the first night in the bedroom with the bunk beds- they led to cant wrapper under the bed on the floor. The stay was nice. We did get to relax and our whole family enjoyed the games and the pool. I would rent again in the future "

"Everything was perfect. Home was spacious and inviting. There were so many extras that we enjoyed. Ashley left a welcome snack and other special things that we enjoyed such as the facial masks. We were able to use the spices and condiments in fridge. We appreciated not having to buy salt etc. The pool was clean and inviting. My family loved every moment of our stay. Ashley was responsive and encouraged us to contact her should we need anything during our stay. The only request my kids had was a full length mirror in the house because we were at a conference and they wanted to see their full outfits. I can't wait to go back!"

" Great property to rent a few rules like no smoking in or on the property which I understand not inside however not outside on grounds I did not but it was respected and followed, I have an elderly family member that smokes and it made it"

"Our stay was very comfortable. I got some good rest. In the mornings I would sit out by the pool and enjoy my coffee. Then I would get in the pool until 11:00ish. We took full advantage of having the pool. The only issue was the peddle boat had a lot of water in it along with several dead mosquitoes. I would recommend the last person to rent the house, flip the boat upside down on the dock. So that it’s dry for the next people. We didn’t use it, because it was heavy with the water, to be able to clean it out. Everything else was fabulous. Also keep in mind that the wind does blow, and the pool will have some debris, but you can clean it out with the net! We will definitely stay there again! Our hostess was a dream to work with, thanks Jane. "
