"RUN AWAY- this lady is psycho! Her husband seems to bed kind and nice, but she is crazy. She would never answer the phone. Only text, until she called and cursed me out. I recorded it. The pool is not heated. The pontoon boat is broken and not usable. There is No paddle boat (there is a pedal boat). And while the AC might be new, it was also not working when we arrived (i had to fix it). This house is DISGUSTINGLY dirty. Poop splatter in the bathroom and toilet, dust and cobwebs on the vents and ceiling fans. Bugs everywhere. Flies, spiders, weird looking bugs. ZERO clean dishes, dirty dishes in the dishwasher. I had to wash every dish in order to use them. But first i had to go to the store and get something to wash them with. Host was begging me to stay longer because i was fixing the broken things, until i fell down the stairs and injured myself. They she called me a scammer and cursed me out. But, at least she responded. She did not respond to my request for cleaning supplies, just told me to go to the store for towels. Later, i found out she calls the towel closet a store...smh "for store of towel only".Like i said... RUNOh, they do have cameras. They are visible and recording. I can't believe VRBO ALLOWS THIS! . "

"Everything about this home is amazing, from the spacious layout to the backyard oasis! Michael and Veronica have thought of every amenity you could need, and more. Start your mornings poolside, and end your evenings under the string lights surrounding the yard. The home is located at the end of a quiet cul de sac, and is an easy drive to spring training locations, shopping, and food options. We are looking forward to a return stay!"

"The host was wonderful, excellent communication, and very accommodating. She handled our early check‑in request quickly and kept us updated throughout our stay. The location of this property and the surrounding community is truly outstanding, and the home is beautifully decorated and well-equipped. We also loved the pool table, game room, the large and beautiful pool, and the fantastic putting green. The outdoor seating areas were perfect for relaxing in the sun. It seems that the property was likely exceptional when it was first established, and with a bit of refreshing, it could easily return to that level. Some areas show signs of normal wear that can come with being a long‑term vacation rental. The exterior of the home, particularly the back side, could benefit from routine cleaning and pressure washing. The back patio has older outdoor carpeting and a faded rug that doesn’t quite match the otherwise lovely outdoor amenities. The dock felt like it might need an inspection, and the paddle boat had cobwebs and dirt. Inside the home, the carpeting in the dining area, hallways, and bedrooms felt a bit dated. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and very much appreciated the host’s responsiveness and hospitality."

"I stayed in this hotel for three nights on a recent visit to Phoenix. The room and bath were both clean and well-kept. The A/C worked well, which was especially important since Phoenix was experiencing record high temps for this time of year. I didn't have to use the kitchenette much, but it was nice to have. The hotel and adjacent area was pretty quiet. And there are restaurants nearby as well as the Interstate. Note that the only downside was that there is only one entrance/exit out of the building in the front lobby. Side entrances/exits are considered "emergency exits" and were inaccessible. Also, there was not someone at the front desk 24/7. I wanted to check out early in the morning, but the front desk was closed. Still, it was a good experience overall. I highly recommend this hotel."

It was truly one of the best experiences we’ve ever had.The owner went above and beyond to ensure our stay was exceptional, and every detail felt so intentional and welcoming. And when they say the pool is heated—they mean it! We started our days with a morning dip, spent afternoons exploring, and returned to enjoy the pool and hot tub in the evenings.The backyard was absolutely beautiful. The fruit trees were such a special touch, and waking up to the birds in the morning made it feel peaceful and serene. Everything about this place was just lovely.This stay truly felt like a home away from home. Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer. Thank you for making our family vacation so special—it was an absolute treasure. We are already looking forward to returning soon."
