"Could use a better breakfast!"

"Rooms are filthy,not cleaned out from the last guest's. Doors don't have security locks. Pile of someone's clothes and undergarments were in the stairs the duration of the stay. Beds are horrible, steel frames with about 2" of nasty uneven covering. Bathroom sink looked like someone threw up in it, and it was left that way. Floor tiles in the room were cracked, missing pieces and filthy with some kind of dried fluid stains and debris all over. Rear window had no screen and the room was full of bugs and mosquitoes. When I asked for the manager, the clerk said that they don't give the managers name or number to anyone. I chose to sleep in my truck rather than probably catching some diseases spending any more time at the Nampa Inn and Suites."

"WOW! Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. The house was very spacious, clean, & had wonderful amenities. The host was kind & very communicative. We we visiting family & this was actually 4 houses down the street. We will definitely stay here again. It was also located near shopping & restaurants. Thank you for a great place to stay."

"The Happy Haven is located in a very quiet neighborhood. We were able to enjoy the back patio area. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for the weekend. The beds were quite comfortable as well. The property manager was timely in her communications."

"This was a great house! It was clean, well equipped, and comfortable. The location was good and in a nice neighborhood. There is some construction going on across the street and down the street, but it wasn't much of an issue. Good communication with the owner. I would definitely stay here again."

"The home was dirty. Floors looked as though they weren’t mopped or cleaned in any way. Walls, doors, baseboards, vents all need thorough cleaning. There was garbage under furniture, stuff spilled under the bed and on the floor. The owner sent the cleaner back while I was there which was awkward but I pointed out many things that weren’t cleaned. She cleaned some of it… I showed her places on the wall where stuff was spilled/dripping down the wall. She left it and told me she didn’t have time to clean everything between each guest. The kitchen was not equipped to host ten of us as advertised. We save money as a large family by cooking at the homes we rent. The kitchen didn’t have enough forks, spoons, plates… so one. We had to eat in shifts and wash things by hand to make it work. We ran out of toilet paper and had to buy some as well. Location was great and we felt safe in the home and neighborhood. It’s too bad that the cleanliness wasn’t there or cared for because it could be a great place. "
