This property was purchased at an excellent price. It is very outdated and we struggled to find parking each night, yet we did find a spot. The front staff and maintenance personnel were very helpful and friendly. It could use a deep cleaning. It was also quiet which surprised us.

For what they charge, this was a straight up hustle. People hanging around the entrance smoking. Deposit required like it’s some inner city motel. No secondary lock. Toilet paper fixture broken. Smelly. Bad location. It was way overpriced for a homeless shelter. Bad.

Be prepared with $100 cash to put down as a deposit on your room. This wasn't made very clear and we were very unprepared. What reputable hotel does this? We ended up not staying here and lost our money because they wouldn't let us cancel our reservation. Won't ever be going here - ever again!

We just wanted a place to sleep for the night and for that it was good. Clean and cool. We thought the bed was a little too firm, there were no Kleenexes in the room and they wanted a cash deposit. That's all the negatives. The staff was friendly and treated us well. The room was clean and neat, and the air conditioner worked well and wasn't noisy.
