"This house was very clean! We had ample space for everyone, this house truly does sleep 20. The kitchen was well stocked. The man cave is very spacious and was a great place for our college kids and their friends to gather. There were also plenty of parking options. We were there in between seasons so we weren’t able to use the pool or the pool house, but the spa and pickle ball court was great! The house is just a few minutes from downtown Midway and we enjoyed spending some time walking around. The views and sunsets from the back yard are amazing. We had an issue with the internet and it was quickly resolved by the manager. Communicating with Keely (the manager) was easy and she was very responsive. She went above and beyond to make sure we had a hotspot to watch March Madness basketball. We had a fun weekend and can’t wait to return. "

"The home itself is beautiful, with gorgeous views, and it’s well stocked with necessities. However, the lack of air conditioning—which was not disclosed—is a major issue. With the large windows, the house heats up like an oven. The house reached 75 degrees by noon and got hotter as the afternoon went on. At a balmy 79 degrees, sleeping was nearly impossible despite minimal clothing, no covers, and multiple fans. It didn’t start cooling down until around 2am, leading to rough all-nighters and dragging days. I can only imagine how hot it gets in the summer, especially since our stay was in mid-March. It was not a restful stay.Opening doors and windows throughout the home wasn’t a viable option for us due to safety needs with our special needs son. Even when I was able to open a couple of doors while supervising, it didn’t make a meaningful difference in the heat.I had assumed AC was standard—right along with power and water—but now I know to double check. I haven’t ever had this issue before, and we stay in the area biannually. The lack of air conditioning was not clear to me at all, and I don’t want other busy moms and families to struggle like we did. Staying here would be best during the very coldest months."
