"We had a great time for couples weekend! The house was very clean and the check in process was easy! We enjoyed the town of Perham and also enjoyed hanging at the house. The hot tub was an added bonus and we had a nice fire down by the beach. We did bring our own wood. The one downside was that the gas fireplace did not work again. This was our second time staying at the house and the fireplace didn’t work then either. But other than that it is a great place!!!! We will definitely stay again!"

"Stayed here over a long weekend with my wife on a winter getaway. This place was everything we were looking for. From the saunas to the hot tub everything was amazing and help provide a quiet relaxing weekend away to read and unwind. Josh was an amazing host. Was always quick to respond and help with anything we had questions on. We've used VRBO for years and I'll say Josh was the most gracious and responsive host we have ever had. "It accomplished exactly what we needed pet friendly, time away to just hangout with friends and family without the distractions of work and life.However, in one of the bedrooms there were a dirty pair of pants let in the room on the floor and a pacifier from the previous people on the ground. Also, we came in the winter, so I am assuming the summer experience is excellent, but during the winter, at least, the water was untreated and smelled so bad that people chose not to take showers and brushed their teeth with bottled water."
