Everything was perfect except for the Wi-Fi

The location was excellent. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The bathroom walls and entry door handles were visibly dirty and needed thorough cleaning to make guests feel welcome and comfortable. The hand basin and bathtub plugs were missing. The cold tap at the hand basin was very hard to turn on and off, and no matter how tightly it was turned off, the water kept dripping. Both bedside lights were not working. The TV controller didn't work, and the reception staff replaced it. When I reported the above-mentioned issues, I was told the maintenance staff were aware of the leaking tap and broken bedside lights and would repair them after the weekend, during my stay. However, these simple repairs never happened during my stay. The hotel room I stayed in was not fit for the purpose, and I feel I'm entitled to some refund.

Great location and apartment. Only downside is it was very small. We had large suitcases and found it hard to find anywhere to put them. For travellers that pack lightly this would be ideal.
