"18 cousins gathered for a reunion with our 93 year old aunt for the first time in over two decades. Although only eight people stayed at the house, it was the perfect gathering spot for our large group. The deck, the dock, inside, outside - so much room to visit in small or large groups. And all the special extras Kenn and Wendy provided were above and beyond. They were attentive, responsive, and had gone the extra mile to make sure we had everything we could possibly need. We’re coming back again next year. I highly recommend this Lake House. It is 10+ + + +!"

"We (3 generations) spent a lovely, relaxing 5 days here to attend Millikin’s Spring Graduation. The house was great. Very spacious! The kitchen was stocked beyond my expectations, and the view was amazing. We SUP’d, kayaked, and fished (caught 2). I especially appreciated the Roku TV’s that automatically log you out of your accounts at the end of your stay. The house was clean, had great air flow, water pressure, etc. A few, minor, things to mention: 1) entry to the property requires utilizing several steep steps. My father is almost 80 and had some difficulty. 2) the vanity in the downstairs bathroom needs some cosmetic repairs. 3) the decks and outdoor furniture would’ve been more enjoyable had all the cobwebs, spiders, and bird poop been swept off/washed before our arrival. There was plenty of space for everyone to do their own thing and also plenty of shared space where we could all hang out together as a family. A lovely home, the best we’ve stayed at over the past 4 years (we’ve rented 3 other properties & stayed at Forsyth hotels). Wish we’d found it sooner!"
