My stay was very pleasant. Staff were friendly and helpful . room was cleaned every day and all requests were answered quickly and courteously. Will definitely stay again when in the Decatur area.

This was an “ok” place to lay your head. Friendly staff and comfortable bed. Pillows were disappointing though. We had to ask for our room to be vacuumed. Breakfast was not visually appealing so we did not eat there. The biscuits and gravy had a brown film on top from not being stirred/attended to. That was the only protein offered. Coffee was good. Over all, not horrible but ok for a cheap stay

The room was clean. The bathroom definitely needs renovations. The mirror is in a wooden frame that is coming apart. The tub has a permanent gray scum looking area in the middle of it. Wall paper needs to be replaced. Parts of the actual walls in the room and bathroom need to be redone due to leaks.
Check in was great ide paid for room online and she gave us a military discount when we got there. Room was clean but smelled alittle bit musty. Breakfast didnt have the eggs or meat guess we got there to late which was 8am. Overall. I give it a 4 of 5
Check-in was difficult because the desk clerk's computer system was not telling her which rooms were clean and unoccupied. She was very gracious about it and did not get too rattled, but this system failure really left her in a bad spot. She ended up very kindly walking each guest to his/her room to make sure it was clean and vacant. Where was her manager, whom she tried to contact by phone? The room I had was very nice. It was a handicapped room with a huge walk-n shower in the bathroom. The room seemed newly renovated. I especially appreciated the many electrical outlets and USB ports. The hotel's Indoor pool was closed. No explanation was provided. The breakfast was merely adequate, nothing special. Only regular coffee was available in the breakfast area, no decaf. When I inquired at the front desk, the morning clerk simply said, "No, we don't have decaf." Who doesn't have decaf?? I made some decaf with the little pod and coffee maker in the room, but it was pretty bad!

I had to ring the bell two times to get someone to come to the front desk. In the room there was food in the fridge and microwave. There was stuff spilled all over the wall and the dresser. Bed was clean, bathroom was ok, and check out was easy
Really appreciate how quiet it was and breakfast options were good. Helpful staff too.

This place is falling apart, the bayhroom door had a hinge rotted off so it wouldn’t close, the door was being held together with screwz up both sides. The mirror was dirty, could see wires from vanity, wall papwr stained etc. And the pool was closed “due to a leak”. Gross, never again!
