"Really enjoyed our 2 night stay in The Clydesdale with our dog. The canopy over the fantastic hot tub meant we were able to use it rain or shine. The shower was excellent and beds were very comfortable. It was so peaceful and during the sunnier spells, we enjoyed sitting out on the decking listening to the birdsong. Check in was simple with the key via the lockbox and the accommodation was very clean and tidy on arrival. Thank you Carlea. "

We were lucky with street parking but this could be an issue, probably best to book parking with landlord for extra cost. Older relative would have appreciated non-slip mat in shower. "Lovely house in a lovely location but we had a few issues. The property details said there was a barbecue which had planned to use. There was no barbecue! Instead we had to use the ovens in the kitchen. Both ovens were very dirty one of them filled the kitchen with acrid smoke as soon as we turned it on . It was such a shame because the standards of cleanliness elsewhere in the property were very high. With a barbecue and a clean oven this would have been a pretty much perfect house."

"We absolutely loved our stay in Little Oaks over the new year! We always try to book somewhere peaceful to escape NYE fireworks with our nervous dog and this location was perfect - so peaceful!
