"The room was fine, but the coffee was cheap and bad tasting. The noise from outside, such as the bridge over the river, was loud and very annoying. Out front the sounds of people and cars was loud through the front door. In the morning a motorcycle was parked outside our door, running and fuming up the room when we were trying to get ready to leave. Parking should not be allowed next to the room doors and car parking is clearly marked. Guests should be reminded NOT to park in from the the building."

"The hotel is located a short, walkable distance from Old Town. It was great to be able to stretch our legs after the drive down the coast and explore Bay Street for our dinner. Eric is a marvelous host and was very helpful in pointing us in the right direction. The room was not luxurious, but we would definitely stay there again."

"Rooms were very out dated, but very clean. Zero insulation between walls, and no seals on doors so road and room to room noise was excessive. There was no effort to adjust price when I presumed it was an error on the reservation. Payed 160 for one night. I thought I selected 2 rooms by accident as one room was listed as 76. Very irritating."
