"We stayed many times in Hotel either for business meetings or with Family on weekends. Everything is great, service, food, swimming pools, Dead Sea area,…etc. Except if you are lucky you will get super room, if not you will end in the old rooms. We stayed once in a big 2 floor room and paid more for sea view, unfortunately the room was old and need renovation. Though Marriott called and took my notes but we ended in the same room."

"The hotel is beautiful. The rooms are very nicely appointed. The property is well maintained and the pools are terrific. The bar staff at the lobby bar were very nice and helpful. The biggest challenge is the dining at the hotel. The Lebanese food was not good and I do like Lebanese food. Plus the service was tragic. Ambrosia for breakfast was adequate, but no more than that. "
