"Despite the hotel being fabulous in its design, theme and great natural hot spring location. But it is old and requires major renovation and service enhancement. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to try and help but they were overwhelmed with limited resources. The pool was very hot to get into and shortage of towels."

"The Staff was fabulous but the grounds were understaffed. The restaurants were at the local mall, and the walk was difficult for my elderly mother. You could Uber to the mall however. It was a low guest count and the staff seemed low in number so the grounds were not as clean as the other hotels around the dead sea. The room was impeccable however. The childrens pool area had some rusty parts on the slide. But the water was clean and the amenities were very fun. "
