The hotel was rundown and outdated. Halls were not clean and appeared like they hadn’t been vacuumed in days. Check in was frustrating between the slow valet service and having no luggage carts available. It took over an hour waiting from the time we arrived to getting to the room. The key card system was very unreliable as well. Kept the key cards away from all electronics and had to go down to the desk twice to have them re-activated. I also heard other people in the hall complaining about the same. The pool would have been nice if it wasn’t freezing cold water. The hotel was also very loud. The windows were not sound proof at all, I could hear people yelling in the streets, cars revving and the train all night.
