"We loved this hotel. The staff were all nice. The room was very clean. We got a suite that had a kitchenette and that was great to have a microwave and fridge with freezer. Right across the street was a ton of shopping and food. I mean a ton. Target, Marshall’s,TJ Maxx, Home Goods. Chilis, Panera and. Any other food places down the street. We had no idea all the stuff that was by the hotel until we got there. The kids wanted to go to a park and there was a very large park about 5 minutes down the road that we enjoyed. If you want to be Cole’s to Niagra Falls/Buffalo we highly recommend staying here. "

"Would recommend! Lots of room!!! As a large family we have been crowded- but this was good. (If you are particular about “new” property this is a “well loved” house.) ** We had so much fun in the pool- eating/grilling on the deck and hanging out in the living area- relaxed and comfortable! *** Beautiful kitchen- great appliances if you do your own cooking. • Easy to get anywhere. •Hosts were so helpful- the best we’ve experienced from Hawaii to Buffalo - Minnesota to Florida! (I only docked because the pictures show newer chairs etc outside- if you care about that versus entirety of experience. - hosts more than made up for it)"

"The property was well appointed and had everything needed to make it a comfortable experience. Its proximity to the water was an added bonus. There was a loose paver at the front left of the sidewalk that needs repair and a stain on the couch which was very unappealing. However our overall stay was very enjoyable and relaxing. Owner and management were very friendly "

"Booked the property for 4 of us. Older house, but everything worked and able to make some basic meals. Clean with a few cobwebs here and there. My daughter slept on the adjustable couch and thought it was comfortable. Both beds could use a foam overlay, as we thought they were too firm. Another stand up fan would help for the second bedroom since there is only one window a/c for the apartment. Barely could hear the upstairs tenant. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful for my morning walk. Easy 20-30 minutes to the falls and other attractions we did while there. "
