Deruyter lake waterfront
- Property located on East side of the Lake. Deruyter Lake is located in Central New York. House is on a private lot that has direct waterfront access. Dock is about 4' deep and can easily accommodate boats up to 24' . Lake house is around 2400 sq ft, has 2.5 baths, 3 large bedrooms which sleeps 10-12 max. House has new updates with wifi, cable and laundry on site. Private off street parking with garage if needed.
