We like staying at the Astoria
Large room, excellent bathroom with shower. Comfortable bed, tea / coffee making facility. Very good choice for breakfast.

There was no parking. You need to park on the main road. Rooms and facilities are old. No aircon. No fridge. Carpet is very dirty and full of spots. Definitely not a 4 stars.

Needs improving!
1. There was no on-site parking yet the hotel states there is 2. We were told to park round the corner off site with heavy suitcase etc it was a bit of a mission 3. There is no step free access to the hotel and it is little high from ground level. 4. Due to some festival on one of the day on stay the car had to be moved outside of the inner square and parked away if you wanted to use it on the day of festival. Which was news to us when we got there - we could have been told about this earlier. I had to go and live the car night before and walk back about 15/20 mins from the main road. 5. Welcome drink - was not able to choose anything on menu - selected option which included soft drink or beer only not great not very welcoming!

Perfect location ; amazing breakfast buffet (with very pro. and friendly staff) ; nice atmosphere art deco with jazz music in the lobby ; room that seemed recently renewed and with comfortable bed/nice modern decoration/boiler and coffee machine. Not very convenient storage and no bathroom curtain in the bedroom were the only "minus".

Schönes, zentral gelegenes Hotel. Alles zu Fuß problemlos innerhalb einiger Minuten erreichbar, Strand und Tram. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Jederzeit wieder!

Sejour dune nuit à De Haan.
Sejour d'une nuit en couple. Tres bel hotel idealement situé en plein coeur de De Haan et à quelques minutes de la plage. Tres agréable sejour. Tres bel endroit, préservé et authentique (pas de barres dimmeubles sur le front de mer) sur la côte Belge.

Habitué des hôtels pour le travail ou en famille, cet établissement est sûrement le meilleur hôtel ou j'ai séjourné. Tout était parfait, cadre, propreté, service, stationnement facile, ... L'hôtel est de grande qualité et le secteur est vraiment plaisant

Il fait trop chaud dans l'hôtel et dans la chambre. Concernant le petit déjeuner les croissants et pains au chocolat pourraient être de meilleure qualité, de plus la couche de sucre au dessus est inutile / désagréable. Mais cet hôtel est super, allez y sans hésiter !

Mooi statig hotel op wandelafstand van strand. Geen restaurant. Veel restaurants in de omgeving voor lunch en of diner. Reserveren is raadzaam wat men in het hotel Astoria zeer bereidwillig doet.

Stijlvol hotel met een zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Kamers altijd proper, rustige sfeer en een zeer lekker, uitgebreid ontbijt. Alles in orde ! Eén van de betere in De Haan en zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

Gutes 4-Sterne Hotel mit kleinen Fehler
+Gute Lage, netter Empfang, sehr gutes Frühstück mit großer Auswahl, sauberes Zimmer (bis auf Teppich) inkl Badezimmer - verschmutzter Teppich im Zimmer wie auch auf dem Flur bzw vor dem Lift, verkaufen hauseigenen Honig aber zum Frühstück bekommt man Meli- Honig!?
