Het domein op zich is heel mooi, huisje ok maar wel verouderd, is aan vernieuwing toe. Spijtig is wel dat er geen vriesvakje in de koelkast is voor wat ijsblokjes of een ijsje voor de Kids.

Het vakantiehuis voldeed aan onze verwachtingen. Perfect uitgerust voor een verblijf met 6 personen. Gelegen in een rustige omgeving en toch kort bij winkels, restaurant en strand. Voor herhaling vatbaar.

De aankomst was rommelig, omdat bij ons niet bekend was dat we een uur vóór aankomst moesten bellen naar de eigenaar om de specifieke aankomsttijd door te geven. In de papieren van Belvilla stond alleen dat we moesten bellen als we buiten bepaalde tijden aan zouden komen. Hier kon de eigenaar zelf dus weinig aan doen. Gelukkig stond hij binnen 10 minuten op de stoep om ons de sleutel te overhandigen, dus niets dan lof daarvoor! De ontvangst was ook allerhartelijkst. De accommodatie zelf is prima. Veel kastruimte, alle benodigde keukenapparatuur is aanwezig (incl waterkoker), het servies en bestek is in ruime mate aanwezig. Traphekje was wel wat gammel. Geen wasmachine aanwezig. Wél een bolderkar om mee te nemen naar het strand. Op het park zelf is niets (geen receptie, geen speelveldje voor kinderen). Strand en metro zijn ca 15-20 min. lopen. Mooi en relatief rustig stuk strand. In de omgeving kun je goed wandelen en fietsen. Ook kun je met de metro makkelijk naar andere kustplaatsen. In de zomer is het wel erg druk in de metro.

Bij aankomst werden we vriendelijk ontvangen door de eigenaar en kregen uitleg over het huisje en alle zijn benodigdheden ik vond het wel spijtig dat er maar 1 parkeerplaats voorzien was voor de auto gezinnen die met 2 auto's komen moet er 1 auto op straat buiten het domein blijven staan verder was er alles oké

Goede ontvangst. Vriendelijk onthaal. Verzorgde accomodatie. Net en veel gerief in de keuken. Heel goede fietsen . Rustige omgeving. Geen last van bewoners van de andere huisjes. Zeer gastvrij ontvangen. Een heerlijk huisje waarin niets ontbreekt, zeer geschikt voor gezinnen. dicht bij het strand, wat het mooiste stukje strand is vergeleken met de andere dichtst bij zijnde plaatsen. Verder heel fijn dat de het dichtbij de mooie steden , Brugge en Gent is zeer de moeite waard om naar toe te gaan.

Goede indruk ,- park en huis zijn zeer goed onderhouden - inderdaad niet ver van zee maar omgeving rond park is minder aantrekkelijk. Tuin is omheind en zuid gericht Praktisch huis met veel praktisch materiaal en alles is beschikbaar in voldoende hoeveelheden Strand, De Haan zeer goed bereikbaar. Parking is overal gratis ook in de Haan centrum Kindvriendelijk Stipte, vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaar !

Fijn huisje, leuk met jonge kinderen. Mooi afgebakend tuintje. Bolderkar aanwezig om gemakkelijk naar het strand te wandelen (+- 10 min). Erg rustig 's avonds (wij hadden fijne buren -)). Goede bedden, alles aanwezig. Goede uitvalsbasis om de volledige kust te bezoeken (van De Panne tot Knokke), ook Brugge zeer dicht bij. Erg tevreden.

De aankomst bij het huisje was goed, de eigenaar heeft het hek geopend en ons in het huisje rondgeleid. Het huisje was schoon, fijne meubels en lekkere bedden. Kleine badkamer, maar prima douche. Het vakantiepark was een beetje uitgestorven, maar daarom wel lekker rustig. Heel leuk dat je naar het strand kan wandelen.

Wij hebben het prima naar onze zin gehad in Belvilla. Nummer 45 is een leuk en comfortabel huis, op loopafstand van het strand en met de tramlijn naar de Haan, Bredene, Oostende is goed te doen. We hadden aardige de buren en natuurlijk hielp het weer mee. De hele week zon. Kortom het was helemaal top.

Es war das, was wir buchen wollten. Radeln und Ruhe, dem lauten Arbeitsalltag entkommen. Es kommt immer darauf an was jemand will und bei uns hat es zu 100 Prozent gepasst. Kann man bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen. Daumen für uns ganz oben!

We hebben een leuke vakantie gehad het huisje is netjes. goede locatie voor uitjes plopsaland etc. het plaatsje vossemeren stelt niet veel voor dat is wel erg jammer geen gezellige winkeltjes & restaurantjes ofzo Ook jammer dat het vakantiepark waar het huisje op ligt zo beperkt is.
