Staff was very friendly, helpful and kind. The Hotel was very clean. Beach is right out back, beautiful soft sand, cars can drive on which is important to be aware of. Nice size pool but no pool chairs or furniture. Rated a 4 for this reason. Overall, a clean and peaceful stay.

3 things. Caitlin, desk clerk, was very helpful but when I told her about problems with noisy A/C and large gaps in front door she advised waiting for manager in the morning and to tell them. This morning I did as ask and was told my that desk clerk that all she would do is send up the maintenance man and my check out time was 1100 am. Virtually zero assistance from her and her harshness.

The property is beautiful and right on the beach. Our vote was fantastic and the room was comfortable and clean!

We were not able to check on time, check in was 4pm we had to wait till 5:30 pm because it was not cleaned yet. Wdle had to keep checking back because the front desk person was so overwhelmed. Definitely need more staff. The breakfast was good, sitting area was very hot and stuffy.

Hotel and staff were great. Watch out for the crazy birds who will dive bomb you in the parking lot!! Great stay, would stay again

The staff was great, we were able to check in early, and they have a great selection of breakfast options. There were no stretchers by the pool, which we found it weird, but overall we had a great time there!

Many items at their complimentary breakfast were unavailable as they ran out . No tea bags… really ? Other items were missing during our two day stay. When we approached the staff , their response was we ran out .

The room itself was very nice, the balcony was beautiful. The two things I did have a problem with is the charge for parking ($16) per day and the pool has no chairs or loungers around it. Do if you want to sit by the pool bring your own chair or stand up. Which being on vacation and NOT laying by a pool for a moderately priced hotel is a major bummer

There was no room service, the house keep didn't make the beds, they just put clean towels in the bathroom. Breakfast is very poor and repeats the same thing every day. They charged me $75 for taking my dog, he is very small. I didn't know about the fee

The website photos are inaccurate. The facility is not well maintained. The hotel has a musty/ smoky smell. In our room 301 the main door frame is rusted out, the floor is seperated from the wall, the glass closet door was cracked.

Upon arrival at at 3pm we were told our room was not ready which was fine given check-in was at 4pm. We came back at 4:15 and our room still was not ready. We were told another 30 minutes. At 5pm our room was still not ready and at 5:10 we asked to speak to a manager. No manager was on site so we were put on the phone with the manager who said that 4pm arrival is not guaranteed and they were working as fast as they could. This room was paid in advance to Hotels.com however when we were able to check in we were charged an additional $25 for "incindentals". Upon our departure a $16 fee was deducted from the incindentals charge for parking. Very unhappy about this charge as we were not made aware of a parking fee from Hotels.com when booking OR from Hampton Inn at check-in. After driving for many hours we expected our room to be ready at the 4pm check-in time and to compound the situation the staff was not at all sympathetic or friendly.

The hotel was not in the best of shape. We had to move rooms due to a weird smell. The new room had the same smell-not as bad. I believe it’s the air conditioning system. The bathroom sink, mirror and shelf were slanted downward. Most the staff were abrupt and acted as if it was we were inconveniencing them. Not a fun experience.

The hotel advertises housekeeping every other day (notice in the room, not at the moment of reservation). Nevertheless they offer housekeeping every FOUR days, which is unacceptable.and non compliant with the advertising published in Expedia.

The location of this hotel is great, however the rooms and overall building need upgrade. The water in the bath tub did not drain well. The room had some strange unpleasant smell. The elevator was outdated and slow. Breakfast was ok. The staff was nice and friendly.

We had two rooms and they were both clean and had a great view of the ocean. The publix and several diners were in walking distance. The staff was very friendly. We had a great time.
