6/10 Okay

"This hotel needs some serious attention. Overall needs to be upgraded. Pool is nice but the pool area needs attention. Bathrooms are outdated, tub and toilet needs to be rechalked. Good location and price is right if you just need a place to sleep. Otherwise don’t expect this to be a resort type hotel."

"At first the Customer Service was terrible. The manager had an attitude right out of the gate. We could definitely tell she hated her job. We asked "by chance if our room was ready" right away she stated no, not til 4. There was never a hello or good morning, nothing. As soon as she left and someone else took over , it became a completely different environment. She was checking several in before 4 and had a great personality and very pleasant to work with. The rooms were ok. The breakfast staff was not friendly as well. Poor attitude from Leadership trickled down there as well. We would not stay here again. No beach access. There are better rooms two doors down that were in better shape with friendly management."

"Beach access was convenient. Pool area and pool was clean and kept up well. The hotel was well air conditioned. It was a little strange that people would walk around without sandals or shoes in the hotel so it would be nice that there was a policy about not being barefoot in the hotel. Breakfast was mediocre but the coffee was fresh and hot."

"Great location with some good restaurants within a short walk. We had a beach view room which was great. Room was clean and beds were comfy. Staff are helpful and friendly. Pool area was clean with nice hot tub and good size pool and plenty of sun beds. Access to beach directly. Loved the hotel and would stay again."

"Check in was a struggle. Rooms were still being cleaned after 6pm. We arrived around 12:30pm knowing the earliest we could check in to our room is 4:00, we went to eat and when we got back we enjoyed the amenities. When I didn’t get a call by 4:30 I went to the front desk to learn the room was not ready. There were several others also waiting on rooms still at 5:00 so I went to the grocery store and when we got back around 6:00 thankfully our room was ready but others were still waiting. At this point one of the guys at the desk actually went out on property to find housekeeping and figure out what was going on. I heard the next morning that the other folks were finally able to get in their rooms around 7:00pm!"
