The property was outdated, but had anything you could need while away from home. The staff was always very friendly and checking to see if we needed anything. We never heard noise from other rooms, which was really nice. The only issue we had was an obnoxious, noisy family who overtook the pool while we were there, but otherwise no complaints. It would be nice if staff could monitor the pool from time to time. The pool and location of the hotel were super convenient, I'd stay here again.

Booked last minute assist family in the area. Day before arrival i received a call from OT advising hotel was under construction. Too late to make alternate plans and they didn't clarify that tile being jack-hammed in rooms above me starting at 8am. Couldn't even work remotely from room as noise was too loud to be on phone. Did get moved to another room - no better.

We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. The location was great with good places to eat nearby. The angle of the balcony provided a great view of the beach while still providing shade. The staff were friendly and helpful.

This property is under construction and all we heard was hammering all day for two days around us and above us. The manager lied and said they were hanging pictures. The construction crew states they were installing flooring in more than one unit and painting. Our unit needed painting as the walls were filthy dirty. We left the second day and went to another hotel, the Marriott, for the rest of the week.. They kept a day's reservation and did not refund through Expedia. Very upset and will never go there again. Also, the ocean view was overlooking an ugly grass area and fence, not the ocean. Biggest waste of money. Called the management company and they hung up on us twice and we're rude to Expedia. They will be reported to every avenue I can report them to. Go to the Marriott instead because they offer a wonderful buffet, clean rooms and walls, large bathrooms, and great customer service along with true oceanfront.

Nice older property

Very nice older (1984) property in pretty good condition. Staff was great and answered all questions. Pool was good but no umbrellas or other shade. All rooms above the 1st floor have ocean views.

It is a nice little place that works well for a quick get away like this was. The place was clean and the staff very friendly. I liked that the balconies are completely private from the other balconies. You are a little on display facing the pool and the building next door but I don't think that can be helped. Location is perfect. Close to restaurants and could walk to SoNapa. Balcony could use a small table for your drinks or snacks.

The staff was great and they were able to extend my stay for three more days. Daily towels, soap, shampoo, and coffee were hung on the outside door. I do wish we could have had someone vacuum daily due to the sand, but I understood their restrictions. Sat trash and.dirty towels out daily. Pool was clean and accessible. Direct private access to the beach. I did notice some first floor room had torn screens on their doors which concerned me because a snake slithered in the area of the pool and could have entered those condos. Luckily we were on the 3rd floor, requested upper floor. Very standard basic furniture and beds, but suitable. Had some old sofa beds and mattresses in the stairwell and chairs near the pool, which was an eyesore and made me feel like I paid a little more than we should for the condo...in other words, should have looked more presentable for the price. Great location. Didn't force us to wear masks in or around property like Marriott demanded (that's why we chose here). Very laid back, friendly, and responsive. Overall, I would rent this condo again. Thank you!!

Won't return to this place.

Check in was pleasant , condo was very nice and well equipped. However, the front desk cleses early and no one available to correct a problem. After retiring for the night , we find that the bedroom TV in not working. Consequently, the next morning , I called the office after * am when the open, was told someone should be in after 9am. At 11:00 m I again made a request for someone to check the TV., was told that someone would be available after 1pm. My husband , informed the front desk that he would stay ion the room and wait for someone to come fix the TV.............. 5pm. , my husband goes to the front desk and was told that "nothing could be done"..... We decided to just drive home and not stay the extra night. Disappointed in their service for the guests!!!

The property was well landscaped and looked nice on the exterior. The condo was clean. Since each is privately owned, cannot speak for all units but the one we stayed in had very uncomfortable and old furniture in the living area (which is the place to be for the ocean view). Adequate but awesome. Good, clean choice for the low price.
