We had a good stay had everything we needed only issues I’d point out is the hard bed and the very small tv TVs are cheap now so an upgrade shouldn’t be that costly We’ll stay there again for sure It’s worth the price we paid imo Staff was friendly and accommodating room was extremely clean It’s walking distance to the best restaurant on the island Right across the street to the best part of the beach not crowded

This property is an absolute gem. The older, retro feel was exactly what we wanted. We enjoyed the gorgeous beach (right across the street), the warm salt water pool, the bbq area and the functional full kitchen in the room. We were warmly welcomed by Peggy and Tammy who keep the place running smoothly. Any problems were handled promptly and we were extremely pleased with our month stay.

The location is ideal for beach access and proximity to restaurants. The unit was clean and simple. No bells or whistles, but commensurate with the price paid, which was reasonable compared to most beach access lodgings. Parking was convenient and check in was hassle free. Three things that would have improved our stay: 1) courtesy beach towels. There are no towels for the pool or beach. 2) The television is quite small and the only programming is through streaming. The wifi was weak so when we were able to download a movie, it froze constantly. 3) The mattress on the bed is very firm. Too firm for our taste. Overall we were happy with our stay. We were looking for a quiet weekend and the beach is beautiful!

The property itself is clean, especially the pool. The pictures they show are device g as the room we had was a bit run down and dated. There were also some cobwebs with bugs in them. There was NO WATER PRESSURE at all. When we got there the TV was small and did not work so they took one from another which was way smaller. Then all the residents were talking bad about us for wanting a working tv.

This is an older property but the owner has upgraded each room into an efficiency with a full kitchen including full size refrigerator, stove, dish washer, dished and pans, microwave and drip coffee maker. Our unit needed some very minor repairs. but the other amenities more than made up for that. The manager was great to deal with and the bottom line is that we would stay there again since is such a convenient location with three great restaurants within about a 5 minute walk plus a breakfast and sandwich shop.

Great location

Love this motel. Cute 50's throwback with permanent condo owners living there. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The management company, ran by Peggy, was great at communicating and taking care of all details. Location is great...right across the street from the beach, with easy access to the beach. Could see and hear the ocean from my bedroom and living room windows. Kitchen had some stuff, but was missing some essentials such as salt, coffee, filters, paper towels, but easy to take care of with a trip to the Dollar Tree. Nice seating outside of unit so I could enjoy my meals outside. Overall loved this place and will return.
